Why would you want to? Aren't hot dogs made for convinience?
Of course you could, though. You can make almost anything in a slow cooker. You'll just have to wait a bit longer.

Why on Earth would you want to cook hot dogs in a slow cooker .? They only take a few minutes to cook conventionally .

Yes you can but it doesn't make sense if you have a pot...just boil the water.

hahaha, sorry, just random questions like this are quite amusing. I don't think its a good idea to do that, but you can definitely put them straight into the microwave for a while, if you like them still soft like that.
