Pecans are are brown-skinned, crinkly nuts with a distinctive sweet, rich flavor and a crisp, slightly crumbly texture. They are sold whole (in the shell or shelled) and in halves or pieces.

Cream is milk with higher fat content. The higher the fat content, the better it will whip. For best results, use a chilled bowl and add sugar to stiffen the cream.

Whipping cream from cans, or "whipped topping" tastes nothing like real whipped cream.... aint nothin' like the real thing, baby!

Pecans are a type of nut (they sort of look like walnuts).

Regular cream, also known as heavy cream or manufacturers cream, is the liquid that you would put in your coffee. Whipped cream is aerated.

To make whipped cream, buy heavy cream from the store and use either a whisk (if you're really patient) or an electric mixer to whip it full of air. You will want to add a little sugar until the flavor is right for you. I prefer using powdered sugar for this, but normal granulated sugar will work just fine. I also add a little vanilla to mine.

But, if you aren't interested in making your own, you can always buy it from the supermarket.

Pecans are a type of nut; they're more popular in the US than the rest of the world.

Whipped cream is made by whipping heavy cream. Buy some heavy or whipping cream, put it in a clean bowl (preferably one that's been chilled) and use your mixer to mix it until it's whipped. Don't overmix it or it'll get lumpy. It usually takes about 3-5 minutes, and you can tell when it's right because it looks like whipped cream.

As the first writer said, pecans are a kind of nut. Texas is a good producer of them. Pecan pie sound familiar?

Whipped cream (cream that is already or is going to be whipped for like on top of desserts,or in cream puffs etc) is something that you can buy already made in the cans,(milk section in the grocery stores) or you can make it yourself, but you have to buy the cream labeled 'heavy whipping cream' or 'regular whipping cream'. Mostly, these creams(heavy or ultra) have a longer shelf life and they are suppose to whip alittle quicker. All the whippping creams have to say whipping cream on the carton, or they won't whip. The other cream is for putting in smoothies, coffee, etc., and then below that is the 'half and half' cream, mostly used for coffee, teas etc.
Hope this helps clear things up!

Whipped cream is made from what is known as heavy cream--which you really don't want to put in your coffee.

Pecans are a nut usually grown in the south. Here is some information on pecans. http://www.pecanworld.com/index.htm

Whipped cream has been blended at high speeds to trap air in it to give it a light fluffy texture similar to shaving cream. It can be made at home using a high speed blender. Normal cream is a liquid.
