There is this woman that I really like who works at the bank that I go to. I truly think that she is really pretty with a beautiful smile. I noticed that she isnt married or enagaged bc there was no ring on her finger at all. I know banktellers are supposed to be nice to all customers. She sometimes works as a teller or at the drive thru window. How can i find out if she is single? and what is the best way of getting her to notice me? Should i write her a note? bc the other teller could be listening to my convo with her if no one is there. What is the best thing thing i should do or how should i ask her out? thanks again.

I am cohosting a bridal shower and one of the brides maids suggested having a games at the shower. I was wondering if anyone has been to a shower where they had games and if you liked it or not? If you liked it, may I ask what kind of games? The bride's family is very uptight (in nice terms) and the grooms family is very laid back - so we have a collection of folks there! haa. We are looking for fun new ways to write our wedding invitations. I would like to include our children some how. I have a daughter from a previous relationship and we have a son together. We are also having help paying for the wedding for both sides. But my fiance has two dads. His mom remarried several years ago and his step pretty much raised him. I would really like any feedback any one could give.

Wedding was in June we gave him pictures/songs late august..Keeps telling us couple more weeks...now he says he still has a ways to go lol... Do i have a right to be upset? or does process take this long? Thanks..

Do you think that we should have linen tableclothes or plastic tableclothes at our wedding? It is going to be a large wedding with 600 people. We are having a hog roast, shreadded beef, corn, mashed potatos, noodles, and rolls. It is not in a fancy hall but in a Knights of Columbus hall in the country.

I am trying and have been trying for the past two months to get a guest list from my FMIL. My fiance' and I have made a list based on what people he knows to invite (his friends, his work and family). The only people left to add are his parents friends, their church list and any one that we may have left off. I talked to her two days ago and she said that she would have it to me that night. She didn't have it.

How should I go about asking her for the remainder of the guest list without sounding pushy, pushy or rude or a nag. I need it ASAP, but I don'te want to be a nagging daughter-in-law to be. Thanks.

I realize what the ring symbolizes but now days you have the engagement ring surrounded by guards used as rings, anyone with just a wedding band is snubbed at these days. Why is the ring so incredibly important to people? Isn't the meaning more important? I have a freind who doesn't even wear a band. Why do people always say, "oh you just got married? Let me see the ring"?

I found a wonderful engagement ring with a white-gold band. Since I plan to get a plain band design, I would like to go with platinum since it is considered the best. Is it okay to have a platinum band with a white-gold ring? Or is that considered unattractive or tacky?

I'm not the biggest jewelry buff but the white-gold and platinum look similar. It doesn't look like they would contrast the way yellow-gold and platinum would. However, I would like to hear from you experts out there. Thanks!
