Aside from cookie cutters and measuring spoons, what would be a good favor for a bridal shower for a girl that loves to cook?

Also ideas for centerpieces would be good too. Thanks,

Candy is a great and timeless favor for showers, and everyone loves the little snack while waiting for the main dishes. As for the centerpieces, that would be much more difficult to come up with. The person that just posted had a great idea using bunt cakes, that would be SO cute! You could make a little castle of fruits, piled high on a decorative plate, that everyone gets to munch on. A great food for the shower is chocolate filled roasted strawberries, they would look great on the table! Cut off the tops & hollow out the strawberries, fill with whatever style chocolate you prefer & bake for about 12 minutes, chocolately goodness!!! Good luck.

A good centerpiece would be a utensil holder with cooking utensils in it (sort of like a bouquet of flowers only with utensils). The favor could be everyone at the table takes one utensil home! They also have heart shaped measuring spoons you can get on-line, any of the bridal shower sites would have them, I've seen them everywhere. Good luck!

For centerpieces you can do a bundt cake for each table and glaze them with whatever color glaze you like...then stab in some edible flowers around the top of the cake....and then some lucky lady gets to take it home! Dont' forget to bring boxes for the take home cakes.

Favors....EVERYone already has measuing spoons and cookie cutters. Most people anyway. how about something consumable like specialty candy or really great cookies?

Who doesn't love great food?

You could do a really cute cookie cutter that matches your theme, or I have seen these really cute measuring spoon favors that say things like: 1 tbs of Love, 1tsp of kindness... things like that. Really cute!

They have little cake pans that can make cute favors, or hand out little cookbooks on desserts.

For centerpieces try using a chef's hat and surround it with pastries and baking items.

For centerpieces, how about those decorative bottles of oil? The ones with chili peppers, etc in them.
