Anyone bought from Fantasy Gemart in Toronto?

I want to get an engagement ring for my girl, and a friend told me about this store in west-end Toronto by the airport. Anyone have any experience with these guys, prices, quality etc?

Here in the States we have what is called a Better Business Bureau in each city, which keeps tracks of complaints and compliments of the various businesses in the town. Does Canada have something like that? If they do, call them.
