was this married woman in the wrong doing what she did knowing in time it would come out on her .where.s she.s was married with kid.s and in her.40.s cheating on her man who i well couldnt stand as well nither could my buddie either. having sex in her home with me and always calling to let us know when to come up to her house when he. was gone or was leaving . and doing it in her . and his bed. i as well my buddie both did her. she wasnt really that good but at.19. and nothing else to do why not. after all is was better than nothing even those streach marks on her was sicking. but didnt she know better than that knowing we both would do her. and later on make fun of her isnt she at that age sicking no matter how she ended up it was her fault not mine. or my buddie. she was nothing but trash . sicking. and wouldnt you say a who. as well it.was her idea to do it not ours she was .w.va trash in both of our eyes . from the start. always comming on to me so isnt it her fault he divorced her

My wife of 14 years and I have drifted a part from one another. Over the last two months I noticed a great distance and emotional separation from my wife. I suspected an affair. Last week, it was confirmed that my wife is having an affair with a married man. We have 4 children, very nice home, and financially stable. I have a great career of 24 years. My wife is a stay-at-home mom. I can't imagine leaving my children and home. Futhermore, I have a gut wrenching feeling that this man will live in my home and spend more time with my children than I, if my wife and I get a divorce.

I want to work on our marriage and rekindle the relationship. My wife recognizes that she has made a big misstake and has destroyed the trust in our marriage. My wife informed me that she is confused, in-love with another man, and needs time to sort things out. I've been waiting now since last week for my wife to recommit to our marriage. Today, she went away to visit a girl friend who I trust.

I've been separated since last year and now living with my girlfriend, we are not married, because im not divorce yet. Will I get in some kind of trouble with the marital laws for having a girlfriend? Does my wife has any type of case against me? Am I going to jail? please help me. Thanks.

My boyfriend shares 50/50 custody of his son with his ex wife. Now his ex wife is refusing to let his son visit on his appointed nights because their son began showing problems with his attitude at school and at home. She has decided that it's all of our fault because she thinks that her ex-husband style of child rearing isn't up to her expectations. We all wants what is best for this little boy but I believe that what she is doing isn't legal. She can't just up and decide when he is allowed to visit and when he is not - after a judge has ordered that 50% of my boyfriends son time be spent with us. What can we do?

I had filed for divorce three months ago but have since then attempted to work out some of our marital issues unsuccessfully. Primarily due to blending issues. She did agree to move if I bought her a car in which I did eagerly. She changed her mind though days after I made the purchase. I have three children who live two states away, and I need to be closer to them and my wife wants no part of it. She hates my children. her words not mine. We have a one year old daughter that between us. My wife now works full time and I work out of the house so I am able to be at home with my daughter. I have filed for physical custody of my daughter can I leave the state to be closer to my other children. Also my wife is not a citizen, she does have a green card though. Not sure if that has any bearing. I would like to leave this situation with my daughter but I want to do this legally.

My man and I have been living together for 1yr 8 months. As Time has passed I have learned he is very lazy, He gets outta work and lays on the couch does almost nothing. I have to go out everynight and get us something to eat, Keep in mind I work also. I practically had to twist his arm just to get him to take me out for my birthday. But when it's something he wants to do like hang out at friends house or anything that benefits him he'll go out no questions asked. At the same time our world in the bedroom has crashed! I have talked him about these things and he says he'll change but i havent seen anything different. No he doesn't beat on me or call me names. We barely even argue.Although through all this I feel like my love is fading for him. Is it me or is it time for me to move on. Would a break help maybe so we can have time to think? I don't know what to do...HELP PLEASE!

My husband and I are form two different countries and we are both living in another country. We work in two different organizations and we have a 5 months old baby boy. We are divorcing and I would like to file for full custody because it seems impossible for me to have shared custody. The baby is too young and even though we can make arrangements for shared custody for the time being, I don't see how this can be arranged in the future. I can be assigned to another country and so does he. What are my chances?

9/10 times when we get into an argument my husbands resorts to name calling. Now I wouldn't be so pissed off had we just yelled at each other, but like today, I slept in on MY DAY OFF and he didn't set his alarm figuring i would wake him up for work, he wakes up with 15 minutes til he has to leave(virtually enough time to get ready and out the door) and he calls ME a lazy ***... Now can someone please tell me, is this normal, he's 21 and he knows he's doing this I tell him allt he time I can't stand it when he calls me names and his reaction is "I'll work on it, its a problem and its your fault you're not supporting me, ect ect..." anyone have any word on this? he thinks its because when he gets frustrated he has nothing else to take it out on, I'm afraid that when we start having children he might to the same thing to them... help please?!?

My partner and i broke up 3 weeks ago. She broke up with me because she felt her feelings for me had changed! We didn't speak or have any contact with one another for over 2 weeks. But we have spent an hour on the phone talking about things and she is finding things just as hard as me but doesn't fell her feelings for me are their still. In the last 2 days we have been texting each other and emailing. She still wants me in her life and thinks of me as her best friend still. I told her i still want to be with her and that in time i am going to try and make her fall in love with me again, she felt that was ok for me to do.
We both feel some time apart will be good for us and she hasn't ruled out getting back together in the future.
My question is, is it good for me to stay in contact with her and be her bestfriend or should i back right off?

We both have had many ups and downs but somehow we always pull through them.. we've been through the arguments.. lies.. betrayl and we feel our love is much stronger now and has grown more than ever.. we also have a baby on the way (jan 27th)... he always reminds me he knows what he wants in life thats why he always stuck by me... and the same goes for me! I have mentioned to him before Im a little terriffied of marriage because my parents seperated countless times and ive seen so much pain they went through and always complained.. (however they were pressured/forced to marry) but i realize maybe i shouldnt have said i was terrified because im wondering maybe he feels i dont wanna marry him now... but i do! He has thrown hints at me like.. "So you dont wanna get married?" or... "i know what i want".... I really dont know how to tell him i do wanna marry him! help!

A bunch of ladies are close friends & having "girl-talk". We need opinions .One lady has been married over 32 years to a man who never cheated, never lied much, & always there. This year, signs appeared which were out of the norm for her husband. I say it looks suspicious, some say not. Help us, by giving your opinions.

He worked out of town where wife knew no one. Wife called the office, ask for him, he was not there, wife left no name, no number. SUE called her right back - asking all kinds of questions about wife's husband.

Wife did not know Sue at all, but received emails from SUE telling how wonderful & sweet her husband is. Wife received more emails telling wife to give her husband message that he was her favorite in the whole wide world. Sue would send emails to wife with insenuations of personal conversations she knew that went on between wife & husband - and Sue knew.

Running out of characters here ... so .. do you think husband & Sue are having a fling?

I'm leaving my hubby for a man I met on here. We weren't looking for each other we added each other as contacts & realized how much we had in common (soulmates 1 may say).Well I was honest w/ my hubby (we've been having problems for some time he cheated in the past & something I could never get over) & I told him about this guy & the way I feel. I have never felt so strongly towards someone b4.Well I just told him that I do love him but feel bad for the way I'm being to my hubby.My hubby is extremely hurt by this & it makes me feel bad.Now I got my hubby all sad & now I got the one I do love doubting me.I plan to divorce my hubby & be w/ this man.My hubby & I have kids together & we will always have that connection but I am no longer in love w/ him.No matter what I say it's wrong, no matter what I do it's wrong.My whole family (mom,dad & sis) all hate me.I have never been a selfish person.Everyone elses needs & wants always came b4 mine.

I cheated, then lied to her that I would not contact my girlfriend again but I did. She found out that I called her and text messaged her numerous times. I can't see that she will ever trust me again. And I don't deserve her but should I try to get her back? I do love her, and I realize what a fool and a.h. I am. The whole thing is tearing me up but nothing like how much I have hurt her.
