My husband and I are form two different countries and we are both living in another country. We work in two different organizations and we have a 5 months old baby boy. We are divorcing and I would like to file for full custody because it seems impossible for me to have shared custody. The baby is too young and even though we can make arrangements for shared custody for the time being, I don't see how this can be arranged in the future. I can be assigned to another country and so does he. What are my chances?

your lawyer should be able to at least give you some idea of your chances of full legal custody. if he can't then you need a different lawyer.

For the sake of the child...

One of you needs to move. It is going to take BOTH of you, working together to raise a happy, healthy child.

Good luck.
