I've been separated since last year and now living with my girlfriend, we are not married, because im not divorce yet. Will I get in some kind of trouble with the marital laws for having a girlfriend? Does my wife has any type of case against me? Am I going to jail? please help me. Thanks.

why haven't you filed for divorce yet and if you are already living with someone else i feel that you should end it completly with the 1st wife before playing house with a 2nd good luck

Nope.
You can do whatever it is you want even if you're still married with any other woman but you just can't marry until you divorce your current wife and until it is finalized because marrying more then one person is illegal in the United States.

If there is a legal seperation then you can do what you want hell my mom has been seperated from her husband for 14 years, he went after her for spousal support and she is living with my real dad and no one has touched her. File the divorce and get it over with.

there is no law against that
you just can't legally get remarried until you divorce you current wife

File already. You really shouldn't be dating until the divorce is final. Nowadays there is no fault divorce so she doesn't really need to fault you for adultery, otherwise you'd be at fault.

I was seperated from my ex husband and I was allowed to have a boyfriend while being seperated from him I even asked my lawyer.so yes you can be with your girlfriend.

While not honorable, its not illegal. Get the divorce.
