We've only been married a month and we have been fighting like cats and dogs ever since! I can't stand the way he is behaving. We both said that we want to divorce and get this over with....Are we being to harsh or should with just end this?

We dated 9 years prior to the wedding (and lived together for 5). I just don't want to be miserable....Life's too short.

my mom met this guy and he seemed like the perfect match, they were together like 3 years before he asked her to marry him. they've been married for about a year now, and my sister and i had to move about 200 miles away from everyone we knew, our friends, family, and our home. and then his daughter, who is 22,moved in and took my room. she has totally overstayed her welcome by breaking all the rules and being rude. my mom doesnt want to discipline her, since shes not her daughter, but her dad wont do anything about it. so first of all, what should we do with her?
heres the other bigger problem. every since they got married, my stepdad has totally changed into a totally mean person, not the guy she married. and the money has been bad, so i know that contributes to it, but the only time he is happy is when he is coming home from is friends house after beer. my mom doesnt know what to do. she feels he doesnt want her there anymore, that he doesnt want to be around her etc. she is thnking

My husband was a virgin when we met, so I am really confused why he insist using condoms in our marriage. Honestly every time we use a condom I feel like a dirty Hs girl trying not to get caught.
I have always associate condoms as "dirty". My husband says he doesn't trust birth control and eventually we do want children.
We can NEVER do it in the spur of the moment because he needs his condoms. I also feel very dirty when we go buy them while grocery shopping. We both have never been with anyone except each other. Any suggestions on how I should deal with this matter.?

I have a friend who is 33 and married for 15 years w/ 3 kids-our husbands are best friends. She confided in my that she and a 15 yr old boy are in love and want to be together. The boys parents found out and are of course furious-they told her if she had any more contact w/ him they were going to the police. Im desperately trying to talk some sense into her-her husband is extremely mentally and emotionally abusive to her-I think this factor is seriously clouding her judgement-shes just not this type of person. She has a son just 1 yr. younger than the boy. They have not had sex, so far it has all been emotional, but the boys parents have copies of the texts, and records of all the phone calls-what can be done to her? The age of consent in OH is 16 but it has not been sexual yet. Are there other laws, such as possilby corrupting a minor or any others that anyone knows?? Of course I am suggesting marriage counseling and completely stopping this relationship immediately.

Meaning not necessarily involving love... like for financial reasons, or security.

I am dating a guy that i've been seeing for about a month and a half. I really care for him and am possibly falling in love with him...although I don't feel that it has reached that point yet. Anyway he is from another country and is here to go to school. He has family here and all over the US but his parents are in another country. From the very beginning of our relationship he has told me that he is very marriage minded and ready to settle down. Being that we are from different countries and cultures, our values are very different. We both just turned 25 and are working on our Masters degrees, but while he feels ready to settle down, I am not. Anyway, now he is pressuring me to marry him. I really care for him and could see myself with him in the future but marriage is a huge step. PLUS, he wants to do it at a court house, and corny as it is, i've always pictured myself having an old fashioned wedding. He pretty much told me that if I don't do this then he will

My SO and I have been together for almost 17 years, we own a house, cars, bills and all that goes with a long term committed relationship. ATM we have a lot of bills and because of everything from my job to the price of gas the bills are out of hand. I know from past conversations that he doesn't like to talk about money, but stupid me opened that can of worms last night.
so the question is, how much do you tell your mate about something they don't want to hear about? our money effects us both, but it seems I'm the only one to worry about it, how do I get him to talk like an adult about something he don't want to talk about at all.
I should note, he doesn't blame me or my job for our woes, we don't fight about anything, and even this wasn't a fight, but I left the conversation feeling like it was my fault and that I have to face this issue alone or listen to his rantings
how much does one have to carry alone to keep the peace?
just thinking outloud this morning

Don't you think she was wrong to do this. The question was what is the most feminine thing your husband has ever worn. She say she answered in the spirit of the party and that it was my fault for deciding to wear her nighty and panties. Most of the wives teased me the rest of the night, I just hope they forget today

Please Help!!! I was married in a church, by a Priest. I just found out that we are not registered in the state of WA. They have no records of us being married. We figured that the Priest who married us didn't send in our marriage papers that we had signed before he married us. Legally, are we married? Legally, would I need to file for a divorce?

I had an arranged marriage in 2003. On honeymoon my husband had a heart attack. He underwent angioplasty and was hospiitalized. I took care of him. when he came back froom the hospital he was a changed person. The entire family blamed the heartattack on my stars ( he is an alcoholic and a chain smoker). His mother constantly found faults in me and ridiculed me. He never took me out and used to find an excuse that I am fat ( i have been plump always) .His mother used to constantly tell him how bad i was .The actual reason was that his mother had actually wanted money out of this marriage. My father was supposed to gift me a car on my marriage which they refused since they had two. After marriage they started asking for cash. I was pregnant at that time and I came back to my dad since I could not digest that they married me for money. I went back after I had my girl thinking things will improve. they didnt. I came back.. its been 8 months now..he is not bothered to know how his child is.

I don't have any real family close to where I live. I don't really have any close friends either. I can't stand my husband because he's cheated on me, lacks ambition and lets me pay all the hefty bills. Would you leave your husband under these conditions?

I just started a new job, which means my husband and I don't see each other as much as we used to. When we are together I don't feel the heat that used to be there, don't get me wrong I love him more than anything in this world! It just seems like he's getting bored with me....is that feeling normal?

My hubby made out and kissed another married woman that we are both friends with apparently. I found out about their session from a common source a few months ago. Anyway I have not told my hubby that I know about them. I found out that all they did was kiss and make out on the sofa one time, and they called it quits...but it seems like my hubby told her that he really likes her, finds her attractive, but cannot do anything anymore or see her. She agreed. But few weeks ago, when my hub and I went to her place for this garlic fest, i casually wanted to see what my hubby would do if i asked him to do thing infront of that other woman Sarah and her hub Jeff. Anyway, we were watching tv this one evening and I told Jeff that I was ready to have ice cream. My hub and Sarah said they didn't want any. i asked my hub, he said he didn't want it. then i asked him to come sit next to me and Sarah..he looked down, smirked and said no...because Sarah was sitting next to me. Anyway, i was

My husband and i have done very mean things to each other. He ignored me and his daughters when he went into military. No calls maybe 3 in 4 months. I wasn't invited to basic training graduation. I was really hurt because i made it possible my family told me he used me for a greencard and i believed it i reported him. i talked to him the other nite because he was in town he said when i called and asked about the money amount thats when he got mad but i didn't complain but the sargent i think made it look that way he claims thats why he treated me bad If this is true this could be a big missunderstanding we talked about it in a hotel the other nite as he is in town. It was sad because he said he missed me and i told him i did too and wished we could work it out he said he can't trust me and i can't trust him either what if he left and ignored me and my daughters again? I think he is embarassed to his family now how can he go back with someone that tried to get him deported?
