my ex-wife, when to the child support department to ask for back child support. she only present the separation papers, without the divorce paper.on the separation paper, i suppose to pay $700 a month begining with sept. 1997. The divorce was finalized in april 2002 , and sshe didn't ask for child support. now she went to child support service and ask for back child support , from sept. 1997 to today. and also i already paid $9,000.00 but she only declare $2,000 being paid. what can i do in this case? how can i prove she lied?

I have a big problem... the guy I'm in love with is planning on marrying my cousin in a few months and they both want me to be in the wedding, the best maid in fact... I try to avoid both of them as it is because of my feelings for the groom. I love my cousin and I would never hurt her by comming between them. Besides, I know that he doesn't love me but even if he did, I still wouldn't do that to her. Should I just suck it up and be in the wedding to make them happy? I don't want to be selfish but at the same time I really really dont want to be forced to watch it. It's especially hard because she has told me that she wouldnt be marrying him if nor for his $. I don't know what 2 do. I'm planning on moving out of state next fall but I still don't want to be in the wedding but she doesn't have many friends so I kinda fee obligated.

I do not know what to do.....I am serioulsy confused right now!

Okay, I got this job at this mortgage/insurance place. I am supposed to start work offically on December 3!
Anyway...I am only 20, and my husband and I just bought our first place, so right now our money is very tight!!
Well, last weekened I took a insurance class that cost me a little over 400 dollars!!
It really put as back, and we are scraping as of now! Then, my boss wanted me to go to another training class this week, and there was just no way I could afford the gas of going all the way across town. NOW, he is upset with me, and thinks that I am slacking off.....he thinks that not having money is no excuse!
Plus, I am upset because technically I am not supposed to start working until next week, and he is mad at me because I didnt go to a training class this week!I dont know what to do because I am a dedicated person...I just cant afford to go to all these things hes sending me to!
What should I do????

I know I have to find a job , and move out ..
and I have 2 interviews coming up .

But i feel like my depression will take over ..

i feel so sad right now , and I dn't feel like going to the interviews eventhough I know I need this job to make money and pay for my car , insurance , credit cards , and eventually move out from this dysfunctional family system.

She is going to another state to think things over and plans on filing for divorce while out of state. Can her soon-to-be-X use that against her in the divorce case? She's telling him that she is leaving to "think about it" then will serve him with divorce papers while she's gone b/c she doesn't know how he'll react. They are currently married, obviously no "parenting plan" in place. Any advice? Also, can a soon-to-be-single mother get any help from the state with housing/daycare/etc? Any info will help!

ive been trying to forgive him and trying to continue our marraige, but i cant forget this and i hate him for it also since it happened we havnt been the same were arguing nearly everyday, ive completly changed my thaughts on him and every day im hating him more- so i need advice on divorce or annulment were stil living together but on the start of december im going to move away-what does this mean for divorce? ive read ovr the internet on this but it said wed need to be living apart for over 5-7years weve only been married for four months-would i have a right to an annulment? if anyone mite know anything it would be a good help rite now

I am very attractive and only weigh 124 pounds our sex life is great however he is on alot of meds . He has had two heartattcaks since I have been with him ( 2yrs now) and I do spice up our life and I do make the moves we both do, in fact I am very attractive to him in alk aspects, he has not had an affiar and yes I did confront him this evening and he has agreed to counseling because he says he loves me and does nbot want to lose me and that it was wrong and it won't happen again, but I am very leary I do not want to get hurt

I am so uncertain about my future husband, he is 22 years... I mean on one hand he is very sweet, and loving, and affectionate. he has very good work ethic, is an excellent father to his child, he loves children and working with the elderly .he is also very spiritual and family orientated... however when it comes to romantic relationships, he tends to be very unreliable, and constantly breaks promises, and makes up excuses. I mean do the positives out way the negatives ?? what is your take on this man as a possible husband ??

My partner and i broke up a week ago. we had been together for just over 4 years. My girl wanted to break up cos she didn't know if she loved me the same anymore, she said maybe she has to lose me in order to realise what she has. I agreed with her cos i fell we will get back together, so we ended up partning on ok terms. All my friends even the females have told me not to have contact with her, to let her contact me first. Her mother has informed she is going through a roller coaster ride of emotions at the moment and to give her time to work it out.
I really want her back as i love her with all my heart and believe she is the one, i feel that i am doing the wright thing. What do you think?

im 18 years old and my "boyfriend" and i are expecting a boy in feb. he cant stop lying to me. it went from little things like smoking in my car, to picking up girls in MY car, and lying to me after ive personally called the girl and shes told me. then, he cries to me and tells me how sorry he is. i do not know what to do. i love him mroe than anything. i have given up everything to be with him. my friends & a lot of my family. i sit at home and let him take my car everyday, to work & to school; and instead of going to school, hes with another girl. but when he tells me how sorry he is and he loves me, i fall for it everytime. i need help or advice. ive been trying and trying to make it work, but how can it with no trust. he gets mad when i accuse him or things, and dont trust him, but what does he expect? does he want a reward for lying to me? if you have a baby on the way, and tell your girlfriend you want to get married, shouldnt you stop lying? I have been married for over nine years, it's not the best, but we do love each other, lately we have been fighting more and more. About a week ago, my first love and I began IMing each other and talked about how there could still be some feelings there. My husband and I have hung out with him since he's been back, but my "friend" and I haven't been alone, but the few times we were around each other we noticed some definate sparks. We have also considered meeting for lunch, but I am very confused, this guy and I were dating when my husband, which was a good friend, and I got together. We were on a break, I did love him very much, and my husband and I got together as a rebound thing, and the guy moved away for about nine years after we got married and has moved back.....don't know if I should risk it and start something up with the only other guy I ever loved, or just leave the past in the past. My husband and I have been seperated since his mother came. She was domineering and tried to run the household. She said that since we didn't get her approval for our marriage (she said she was going to commit suicide) she would take that with her to her grave. She said that it had nothing to do with me, but with her son defying her. She said she'd never forgive him. That she'd die with that pain and anger in her heart and he'd have to live with that.

Well, when she left she took my wedding sari. To me that signaled her dismay over our marriage - despite her two beautiful grandsons. And, almost seven years of marriage. Then, I found other things missing - my jewellery. She admitted to the sari (silk with gold threads so it's very valuable) but not to the jewellery. The most expensive pair was my princess cut diamond earrings set in platinum. My husband had bought them for our first anniversary to match my wedding ring.

This guy went to college with me. He used to have a crush on me. I was not interested in him at first. However, he has been written 23 poems about me in the past 4 years. His peoms are very specific and only talk about ME. He posted all of them on his myspace.

I thought he was sincere and truely love me. I recently contact him. I asked him to stop sitting on the fence. I want him to make decision:
1.) If he loves me--we will be together.
2.) If he does not love me--I asked him to stop write poems about me.

He became so offensed about this. He lied that he has never written a poem about me. He claims I am a stalker. He asked me to leave him alone.

I was in shocked. I do not know what to say. What is his motivation? Is there any chances that I could ask anybody to help delete the poems he wrote about me.

He did not mention my name. However, he mention things that I have done to hurt his feelings in the past 4 years.

I am not at all bad lookingf I am a DD ~
27inch waist , and really love him, but I am very hurt and very confused by this and would appreciate any advice that any could offer, should I leave him,??
