we have been together 15 years and have a 14 year old daughter. He gives me no money, i am a mature student and have to rely on student loans to keep me and my daughter.
He has been on 4 weekends abroad this year, yet when i mention us going away he says hes no money.
I am very busy with my university course but still manage to keep the house tidy, he does nothing at all to help. He comes in from work, eats his tea and falls asleep, theres no affection-nothing!
On the odd times we go to the local pub, i have to go halfs with him even though i only get £2,500 a year and hes on £40,000. He pays the mortgage and other bills but i pay everything for our daughter and he has the cheek to say i dont appreciate him!
I dont know what to do but i am very unhappy with all of this, do most husbands support their wives? am i making a big thing out of nothing?

and he doesnt work is on dissability.. his wife works and they just started paying 3 months ago...well she did. what can I do when Im spending so much on the kids every month that $200.00 barely covers for food for 2 weeks..evrytime I ask them for money for the kids for lunch, allownace clothes and shoes and extra stuff.. he send it to CS and hes only doing that so his debt that he owes from 10 years goes down and I just feel that is a seperate issue... CS and personal expenses for the boys are two different issues please can someone give advice!! I use CS for bills and motgage and food.. Im in Ca

I want to get a divorce. We own a home. There are 10 more years on the mortgage. I want to move out and buy a condo, but I can't afford it without half of the sale of the house money. He won't move out. I'm so confused about what to do. I could use some guidance, please.

Before I had kids, I weighed about 135 pounds, on a 5'9" frame.
I gained about 40 lbs, and I've lost about 10 lbs. so far. I work out 6 days a week for an hour a day. He NEVER says anything about how I look, except for when he wants to make a snide remark about the size of my butt, etc. He even goes so far as to say I spend too much time exercising, and that I should be spending that time on household chores. I'm tired of feeling like a fat, frumpy, tired housewife!!

I think I'm totally in love with my study partner but I'm scared if I leave my husband he will get custody of our daughter plus there is also her to take about as well. And plus the guy I love has a live in girl and 3 kids but he says he will leave them for me if I left my husband. But I'm not sure if I should please help!

It just seems to me that people entering marriages without thinking things through. They enter with unrealistic goals and expectations only to discover that marriage takes a lot of hard work and sacrifice. What do you think?

My husband does next to nothing all day. The 2 oldest children are in school and he has a 4 year old at home. My problem is not that he doesn't work it is that he does NOTHING all day long. I leave him little notes he says he lost them or throws them away and says that I did not leave him one. I love him but I need to motivate him to help more and maybe even appreciate me. He will tell me that just because I work (well over 40 hrs.) doesn't mean that I am exempt from housework. Please help me. This is not how I want my son to treat his wife or for my daughters to be treated in a relationship. Well any suggestions would be helpful....Thanks!

Thursday night i went out with some friends and i met my ex's best friend.He said he missed me and that i'm 1 of the best persons he ever met and he wants to be my friend.i was happy that this boy respects me but that meeting reminded me again my ex and how good we were in the start.This friend never mentioned my ex during our conversation so i came to the conclusion that my ex moved on and maybe he has a new gf.I have to say that i didn't feel ok with this and this shows that i still have some feelings for him.Imagine,i feel funny just cause i saw his friend,what if i had seen him instead and plus with another girl?Is it better to avoid going to some places i might see him or stand up and confront?

I want to find out the truth about my new wife. Her ex husband is a registered sex offender and lives in Ohio. I have read his rap sheet from jail and it is only my new wife that he is supposed to have raped. He has no other rape charges considering he is almost 40 years old. This brings a question to my mind. How does a man rape his own wife? What if she ever decides she wants to leave me and says the same thing about me? I feel this guy got shafted and that my wife lied in alot of ways. Although my wife wont give me his contact information, his address is online because he is a registered sex offender. Im hurting. My ex-boyfriend broke up with me 6 months ago. it was really painful for me. He was always contacting me even after the break up and was telling me that maybe in the future we can get back together but he doesn't want to continue our long-distance relationship for now. It was difficult for me to know what he really wants because he was always very upset if I told him that I am going to stop all communication with him. I went to see him a month ago and it was very nice and he was with me as if we are still together but then he told me we need to move on at least for now. I was devastated. About a week ago, I told him final good bye but he contacted me again telling me it's too hard. He asked me if I didn't want to save anything and break everything by walking away and cutting all communication. Since then I have taken his words seriously and did not manage to cut all communication. But now when I ask him to talk, he gets all stressed and sounds bothered.

My ex-wife got run over and has just come out of hospital after 3 months, and is recovering at home.
My ex-partner is very christian.
She always wants the truth.
She had a very hard time getting over our relationship.
Until now she has not found anyone else.
The two women used to hate each other (normal under the circumstances).
My new partner wants to be friends with her.
Should she write a short note "Hope you get better soon"or a long detailed note "sorry for what happened"?
There is a 30 year age gap between the two of them.
My ex-partner is almost 60.
My new partner is almost 30.
