When child support amounts are determined, do they take into consideration the amount the childs parents new spouses are making?

Example, my ex wife does not work, however her husband does, will his income be considered income for her also?

Any thoughts are appreciated.

If given a choice would they go back to being single ?

you email an old lover on facebook, and they email back. its nice to start with, you talk about the things you have in common, and nothing is mentioned of the extremely hot sex you had together.
then it all changes, and you are suddenly talking about the hot sex you used to have. and you like it.
sex with you partner is haunted by thoughts of this other person. texts are sent and they are usually ranchy and rude.
You know that if this ex lover was in the same country as you, you would be in bed together. And it kills you to know you could physically cheat on your partner, but deep down know that you already really are cheating.

Thoughts?

that he loves the kids but he doesn't show it lately. Well anyway we were going for joint custody but recently I found out that he has some anger issues, not towards them but others. He has shot at a person that he thought was messing with his car, and I think I should have full custody now and he needs to go to counseling, and then we can change it to joint custody, am I wrong for this?

Sure, everyone has had a "feeling in your gut" that this relationship is the one to last forever but since over 50 percent of marriages end in divorce, how can you know for sure and not just have a "feeling in your gut" this person is someone you can spend the rest of your life with?

Getting divorced. Sharing the kids 50-50. I get to have them Tuesday-Friday morning, she from Friday to Monday afternoon. I would like to have them at least one weekend a month. Unfortunately this does not add up mathematically.
How can we resolve this?

I have asked numerous times to GET RID OF THEM, and I still see a few "lingering" sites he gets flirt alerts from, or was added to a hot list. He says he got rid of them?? He tells me it "was" for "fun" to see if he knew anybody on the sites, and that I'm insecure. I have my own suspicions. I'm confused!

My wife and I made the mutual decision together that we would move and relocate to another city. We agreed that I would go and find a job and a house. So I did and now she refuses to move here. She lives by her sisters and parties with them and her family interferes with our marriage. I wanted to get her away from her family and now she says she will not move. Then she told me she can't quit her job unless she gives her work place a 3 month notice. I finally told her either she moves here with me or she doesn't and I'm not going to fight about this anymore. What do I do now? I can't force her to make the move and I will not move back. Her family and I don't get along.

I'm very close to deciding to change my surname to my fiancee's when I marry. I like the idea of a family sharing a name but recoil at the patriarchal ideas implicit in the convention by which a woman assumes her husband's name. i love my family and they will take it badly but I'm really determined to do it.
