I regret what I did and am truly sorry for hurting him. How can I get him to understand that? I want nothing more than for him to forgive me and still love me. I hate my self for doing it.

My divorce was finalized a little more than a year ago and part of the divorce decree included a child support order and a wage garnishment order for my daughter. The child support order was issued by the state of Indiana. Since the order and wage garnishment was ordered my employer has been taking my child support payments out of my check every week so I know that my child support is being paid and has been paid since the order started a year ago. I just received a letter from my state's (not Indiana) child welfare division saying that I owed more than $5,000 in child support and that I should be making payments to them. How can they do this when I have been paying my child support to the state of Indiana where my daughter and the order is at. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

my boyfirend is almost twise my age and is just geting divorced. he has 3 kids. he said i would be needing to change my life, due to his children he cannot change much about his.... i am still young and have not experienced any of my early years.. he is making it clear that he is making a commitment to me and would need me to make one FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.... our relationship is amazing and we love one another verymuch. i would love to spend my life with him but am wondering if loosing everything (job, friends....etc)is worth what i will gain.... all opinions welcome...

My husband left work yesterday and went out with "coworkers". The last time I heard from him was 3:30 p.m. So basically he was not heard from for 12 hours. So what do you make of that? It sounds fishy to me.

I think I hurt his feelings because he really liked me alot, and I said some pretty harsh things to him, about him being too young, not being ready for an older woman , etc. however I miss him, and would like to make up...so do you think he will listen to what I have to say ? or will he be to heartbroken to respond, should I not bother, or give it a shot ? I posted before about marital problems, the fact that I moved out this summer for 2 months, and have been back for 5 weeks now.

We've decided to sell our home, because frankly this home was his formal marital residence with his ex, and we bought it back from her when she decided to move out of state.

So, my husband thinks by selling this house and partially by my urging (because I can't stand being here) we're looking for a condo. My reasoning is that it will be cheaper than a house, and his reasoning is that he feels it will make me have feelings for him again. What do you think? It's been 5 weeks and my feelings have been luke warm.

My wife and I have seperated. She said she neede time to think because she said she didn't love me like a wife should love a husband and all she is doing is looking at the negatives. she thought if we seperated she might see the positives and than if it's even worth staying together. It's been 3 weeks since i moved out and i have her and my kids on my mind 24/7, can't sleep. We argue alot and this is why it's come to this, but i've realized what means the most and if I can get her to give me another chance than i'll do thingd differently. We did marriage counceling 2 times and than the councelor wants to see my wife by herself (go figure). she won't talk to me other than if it's about the kids. she says she needs boundaries and wants to find peace or get healthy. what do I do???????

She is a very direct person most of the time. But when she gets mad and I ask 'what's wrong?' She gives me the silent treatment and then will say you figure it out. I hate when she does it. I asked her this morning and she won't tell me. Do I continue asking her why or do I ignore it until she's in a better mood?

I have one kid. Married for five years. We have been under my parent's support for five years and I'm getting tired of being a bread winner. My husband has a job but I don't handle his salary. Now, my parents decided to cut the support and he still have no plans of leaving his job for a better one. And recently I found out that he and his girl officemate have been texting. It seems unfair. Not to support your family and me doing all his responsibilities. Should I leave him? I don't love him anymore and has been living with him because of our son.

hi, a few people might remember me, a couble of weeks ago, I posted my storie in here asking for help, my son was brudaly Attacked on the way home from the store and left to die. I got a wonderfull respond from all of you and I wanet to thank you all for that. But today I have to ask one more question, sence the Attack, and my son not having Insurance, the bills are getting bigger and bigger, we are up to 26.000. dollars now. and no one wants to help even though he was a Victem of Crime, does anyone know who can help us pay for some of this bills. I have done wrote to the Red Cross and Salva. Army , Churches and so on. But no one wants to help us, please if you know how we can get some help let me know, and I would thank you alot, by the way my son is slowly on the way to recover but has life time damage in his face. Thank you all a MOTHER in need.

Are their any signs to tell if your parents have fallen out of love? iv been recently wondering this as my parents never show any effection together, no kissing no hugging, just shouting, arguing at each other and they talk. it seems like theres nothing there. When it comes to anniversaries, they give each other cards and my mom cooks dinner. but thats it. they dont even do any romantic things together, just get on with everyday life.

No day has pass where they havent had some kind of arguement and even so, they really dont know how to sort out a problem. its more like a frienship then a marriage.

In many christian home today, courtship or relationship between the opposite sex is considered as a sin if not taboo. To them marriage is hanourable and so on.

But from experience (history & events) lack of courtship and relationship before marriage has resulted in early divoirce in many marriages especially those contracted at the alter. The couples involved complained that they did not understand each other very well before marriage and as a result the only solution to his/her problem is divoirce. What is your view.

if a wife is not living with her husband for past 6 years and is not willing to give divorce,i know that he can still get a divorce,but what if a degree of restitution is passed,can it be passed in this case,and if not then plzzzzzz tell how much time it will take to get a divorce in such a case preferrably if the marrige is under hindu marriage act in india.and if this man is in love with some other gal,and wants to stay with her,since acc. to him it will take long to finalise the case ,can they both live together,is it legal,what will be the best way for both of them
