I'm not talking about 'making' someone love you because that's almost impossible. But, what can you do to increase the chances of someone who already likes you to fall in love with you?

You can't make some one feel that way. They have to want to. All you can do is be the best person you can (and be a real one). Either they will fall for you or they won't.

love grows when nurtured well. give the other person your close attention without smothering her; be thoughtful without being insistent; encourage her when she's down; stay with her when she feels all alone. actions speak louder than words. most of all, do it genuinely. when care is genuine, goes with it is the gradual development of love.

You can't make someone love you. If its there, great. If not, move on. Sorry.
