Marriage & Divorce - 12 September 2007

I dropped by the college to see my husband between his classes. I parked right beside our car and waited. When class let out he didn't come out. I sent him a text to see what he was doing and he said getting his books. I never saw him until after his next class. I asked where he got his books from and he said the car. I was there, never saw him and knew he was lying. So then he told me class let out early and he went for a smoke. If that was the case why didn't he tell me that instead of lying to me about where he was and what he was doing?

today my wife picked up my phone and i had a message. she told me i had 1, but she never gave me my phone to read it until she was gonna look at it 1st. i really didnt mind, it was cool. later i was on myspace and my son mother sent me a message and i responded back 2 it and then my wife walked in the room and read what she e-mailed me and asked what did she mean by i didnt get what i sent her. i told her what she was talking about. later her phone went off and she was typing a message and it said "did u still feel like it 2morrow" and i was right there when she was typing it and i ask what did that mean and she said he know what it means, and she wouldnt tell me the meaning of what that meant or what he said 2 make her say that back. should i feel like she hiding something even though she wrote while i was right there looking at her write it. should i be upset that she asked me something and i answered but she didnt when i asked. let me know ur opinion.

I called my hubby at work and informed him I was spotting and didn't know if I needed to go to the hospital.Instead of him comming home he went to the gym to work out.The day I recieved my heartbreaking news,the hubby stayed home.Well aware that I was scared to death and that I needed someone to be with me.We have other problems in our marriage besides this one. I am so ready to walk away from it all.

My fiance and I are at a crossroads because the house I am in has been sold and I have to move. My 14 yrs. old son , hates his daughter who's also 14 yrs. old, and she hates him. They have no relationship, although they do go to the same big high school and know some people in common. I'm sure it's a jealousy-competitive thing, but really who knows but the kids??? My fiance says they'll work it out, especially if they're in close proximity to each other, they'll learn to get along, so we should move in with them!!! I say we need to have things worked out BEFORE we move in!!! Please, what do you think or know about this blended family stuff? Tips, experiences? Thank You!

Our divorced was final over 9 years ago, but recently we have been spending a lot of time together. See, we have two children together and we are both very active in their lives. We take them on vacation together (separate rooms), school functions, dinner, etc. Although he has dated other women, there has never been anything too serious. And yes, I have dated as well, a couple of serious relationships but I seem to always compare them to my ex. Neither one of us has crossed that line. What do I do? Should I tell him how I feel about him?

when you marry a guy who happens to be the youngest of 3,is it common for the mother to always want to run you and your husbands life?
she is constantly at the house wanting me to change my curtains..move my computer from one room to the other and telling me how the kids need to be taken care of

My husband and I are going thru a divorce and recently my 3 year and 5 year spent the weekend with him. My 5 year told me that she slept in a room with the daughter of the woman's house they stayed in and that daddy slept with the little girl's mommy. I asked my ex about it and he said that she is lying. I didn't prompt her to give me any of the details and my friends don't believe she would just flat out say something like that. I believe my daughter but want to make sure this is not normal behaviour for a 5 year to make up something like that without being asked.

okay ive been married for a few years and my husband has not worked since weve been together....long story short, he knows that i cannot afford certain luxuries and yet adds to the bills each month. To top it all off, this month his cell bill was far too much for me to pay and we talked about the fact that I could not pay it... I went to check my account to see what we had left and HE PAID THE BILL WITHOUT TELLING ME>...now my account is going to be so negative that i wont have any money to pay bills or take care of the kids as i need to...we have no other family and no other way to make it..He always puts this guilt thing on me by getting frustrated when im upset when he does this(not the first time)i changed my acct & I didnt even know he had access to it until I saw the payment posted...every time we get into it, it allways ends up being my fault and im the one to carry the guilt and stress when my kids needs arent met, he sleeps easy, im tired...i cant leave so what to do?

If my husband calls me out of the blue(we have not talked in 9 months) and said that he has divorce papers that need to be signed and notarized by a notary public . Do I need to be worried? We have no kids. He said that he wants to marry is new girlfriend. Do I need to get a lawyer? I have nothing in my name its all in my sister name, so that he could not try and take my stuff.

very loud and nerve racking. Although the new job is 30 min. away vs. the 5 min I drive now. And the new job will be night shift 7p-7a vs. the one i have now 7a-3p (both are FT). I just feel sick to my stomache -changing jobs (career the same) Ive been with the other job for 7 yrs. Im staying on as PRN (im a nurse) I just havent changed jobs in so long (I hate change) The pay is better at the new hosp. Ive worked nights a couple times as extra shifts at my hosp so I know I can do it -but how will 12 hr shift be? My sig. other thinks it will be good because the old hospital had loud intrusive Pt's while this one is quiet -and i hate loud obnoxious noises or remarks (which he does alot of) -Im also looking at a future other move since he's put in for a transfer with the P.O. to another state and i know we may be moving there. He's already put his house up for sale (we live together). God, I hate chng. How do I deal with all this chng? We have also discussed splitting up -yet another chng

I was married once before but I am now divorced and re-engaged. My ex-husband & I were married in my parents living room and I wore a sweater and pants. We were married by the justice of the peace. My husband cheated on me and I never got to have the reception that was supposed to follow that following summer. Now I'm engaged and it is my fiancees first wedding. I never had a wedding shower, bachlorette party, or anything like that for my first wedding. My mom is the only one who doesn't think that I should have a shower, everyone else says that I should cause I didn't get that the first time. My husband lives with the woman that caused are divorce. She has been with several 'live in" boyfriends with her kids. She has threatened to spank one of my kids, they're constantly being hurt because of lack of supervision, my kids say that she is always yelling loudly at them over little things and punishing them. I pay for my son to play soccer on "my time" with my kids I'm glad his father can be there because I want their father to be involoved with them. I've asked that she not come because it's my time, I paid for it and I don't want to feel uncomfortable while I'm spending time with my kids. He says that is too bad it is a public place and she can go if she wants. I hate her sooo... much. She lives in my old home and spends the time that I can't with my kids. I still can't grasp the fact that I don't have my kids all the time. It's not fair to me that I have to see the woman that destroyed my marraige everyday. Am I being unreasonable?

when will someone have the balls to fight for fathers why cant i sue for breach of contract the marriage contract says forsake all others she didn,t and why cant i sue her for damage hurt done by her parental alienation to my children and eye they say dont worry they will be back wqen they get older and learn the truth but you cant go back and you cant replace the past, god i wish i lived in the states !!!!!!!!!

I think I got married to young. I loved him so much when we got married, but it feels like we are going diffrent directions in life, he is in the military and wanting to retire from it and i'm not so sure its what I want in life. I was set on going to school to make something of my self, but ended up getting married it just all happend so fast and now I feel like I'm stuck and didn't accomplish anything in life. what would you do? help please!!

Ok, I knew my boyfriend cussed like a sailor when I met him. He uses every name in the book (mother f--ker, s-o-b, bast--d, f-you, and the worst one G-D---. I told him the GD word really bothered me and I ask him not to say it around me. I also told him he cusses way too much and it makes him look uneducated. He told me he was a grown man and if he wanted to cuss he would. Also he told me some of his friends he just has to cuss to. Over the last year however he has refrained from using GD around me unless he is really mad then he does. It's just getting to be so bad, I gringe everytime he cusses. It's not like the occasionaly oh sh-- or da-- it. He uses them A LOT in every sentence. What could I do...if any. Thanks.
