He can ask to have them a week ahead, but the ex wont say yes "in case she has plans". He sees them on occasion,but always at her house. He is not allowed to take them anywhere. He goes camping a lot and would love to have them along. He does not do drugs, and is not an alcoholic, He has a full time, well paying job and pays support. He would like to take her to court, but she says if he does, he'll never see the kids again. She crosses the border regularly to see her boyfriend in Bellingham.and takes the kids.They stay in a motel because her boyfried is homeless.The kids have found needles and crack in the parking lot there. I am araid for them. They are 10,8,4 and need their dad When they do see him,they cry and dont want him to leave what should I as a grandmother do? my 13 yr old is the only one she lets visit because he is so close to the 10 yr old..The only other male influence they have is her dad who is a few fries short of a happy meal.

I live with my girlfriend and every time we get into a big argument, she packs her clothes and is ready to leave. The last argument we had, she packed her clother again and called some companies to rent an apartment. She's always threatening to move out but never does. She had the brochures about the other apartments and all, someone called her and left a message saying the apartment she inquired about is ready for moving in tomorrow. Of course she did not move. Now, the other day, she was talking about getting married. I told her that there is not enough stability in our relationship to be talking about getting married. The last thing I want to hear when we're married is "I want a divorce" if we get into an argument. I told her maybe after we have a couple more arguments and you DONT threaten to move out, that might build up my confidence and we can discuss marriage. She get upset and didn't speak to me for the rest of the day.

My husband does not give me any emotional support,He does not raise to the occassion.because of that we sleep in different bedrooms,we have not had sex for the last 1 year,He does not respect me nor show any love.His relative always tell him to divorce me and get married to somebody else.
I discovered he is seeing another woman.
We have been married for the last 10 years and have 2 children who are very close to thier father.He is a very rich man and can support the children fully financially while My finances are few and without him I cannot do much.
My mother cannot buy my idea of leaving him,because sometimes he gives her finacial support.
The african culture does not encourage divorce or separation,
Right now i am deppressed for lack of emotional support.Lack of love.
I have secret admirer but how do I go aboout it.

Please advice me urgently before I break down.

I've been married 10 years and last weekend I came home in the middle of the day and the wife was in the shower and both kids were down for a nap. My wife came out of the bathroom naked. I just grabbed her and threw her down on the couch and took her. She acted like she was resisting for a second and then we had toe curling sex. welpp.i was engaged for 3 years and broke if off because there are just too many things i've gotta do with myself/life before i'm ready to share it with someone else.. such as college ~> but once i told him i wasn't ready to get married he broke of the relationship completely ... he told me that he was going to fight for us to be together and would wait for me to go to school. well then i hadn't talked to him in a couple weeks and i was searchin myspace .. found the girl he was dating and whoopsie found out that they had gotten married ,, only 3 months after he and i broke up . . .i was hurt . . .u can only imagine .. but after a year of not speaking at all he calls ... he's married and miserable ~> works 3rd shift so that he doesn't have to see his "wife" ... pushes him off onto his friends hoping that something will happen and he can leave her ...

but home he's moved back to our home town .. he was outa stae with his wife,, and he wants to spend time together ??

We are both very much in love and happy with each other. However my fiance' mentioned the other night that she is bored. Not with our relationship. At least I don't think so. Just with everyday life. I come home from work and we talk about our days then watch tv until bedtime. We don't have any extra $$ right now trying to pay for a wedding. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to spice things up.

I'd love to hear from men especially on this one. Is it a real wish for you to have your own child with a woman you're in love with? Particularly for the guys who are 30 and over, is this now a really important thing for most of you? Say you met your dream woman and she wasn't interested in /couldn't have a child and you wanted one, would you still stay with her/marry her?

So me and my ex broke up about a month ago she was living overseas
and has been back to the states for 2 weeks now
She broke up with me because i lied to her (no cheating tho) but since
she got back to the state she started going out with someone else and she has
been in a relationship with this person for 2 weeks and last nite was the first time we had seen each other since december we were supose to talk and fix our
problems and just plain talk so we could end up being friends...

Well one thing led to another and we ended up making out and just plain cheating on her new relationship we both know its wrong ...and she now says she wants to
be with me but she feels bad for this other person bc this person has fallen for her already and she doesnt wanna hurt em.

Im trying to be fair and i wanna help her understand or help her find out how she could break up with this person she says she loves me ..but doesnt know what she feel about this person..

Ok here is my problem my husband owns a business and works for 7am to 2pm goes to the gym and sometimes does not get home until 8 and that is if he stops at the food store to pick up his health food ....he is usually home around 6:45 or 7...now with that being said i am preggo with number 4 boy this is the first time in my life i am not working....he really is no help he does not eat with us, he goes to the gym and i don't get to do anything...i also caught him in lie when i went up to his job last week and i can't shake it....i hate to think so badly of him but i feel taken advantage of and lied to...i also feel like he justifies it with that he works and i am not now...like he deserves all this time...so for the past week between the lie the time he is away and my hormones and selling my house i have been fighting with him non stop and he is won't take in any responsibility...what should i do??

but I just got my heartbroken so badly.. I fall for someone hard and fast.. thought he was the one and only one.. but all this guy wants to do is to see me unhappy I don't know why cause he is a very nice and sweet guy.. but for some reason when it comes to me.. if I say I am happy I got to spend time with you.. or I am soo glad to have you in my life .. which is how I feel he does or says something soo nasty that I end up crying for weeks.. now all he talks about how he has a new girl everyday of the week and how they do god knows what.. we agreed to be friends at least.. I called him he said he loves me.. I was soo happy to hear those words then later on that day he said please don't ever call me or contact me in anyway! soo it been 3 weeks I haven't spoken to him.. this morning his brother calls me 7:00 am to say he loves me and misses me.. there is no other girl he was only saying all that.. he always talks about me to all his friends.. he even talked to his brother about how nice it would be if we lived together and see each other all the time........... I felt even more heartbroken and sad I told his brother to tell him I don’t want to talk to him the phone was on speaker he could hear me..

And I have spend weeks just locking myself in my room crying my eye balls out.. Everyone thinks I am using drugs or doing something crazy on the web.. Other then my sister no one knows I was seeing him.. And she is out of town. I am not very open and I can be very shy at times.. My parents are worried that I have become lazy and a loser cause I act all death.. It is not an act cause no one knows what is going on with me..

I feel like my parents are right I am going to end up being a loser cause I just don’t see a way out of being heartbroken.. And the worst part is that I always end up going back to him no matter how much he has hurts me
p.s. He is 32 and I am 26

OMG!! She left with our 13mth old baby boy to our capital city & I'm left with our 2 older boys under 5. We got along great in our marriage like best friends & I still love her but she reckoned that I didn't trust her with the housemate in which she admitted 2 me she had feelings 4 him & him her. I gave her a choice whether she wanted 2 stay with me & the boys or not & I kicked him out because I felt threatened by him, she decided to follow. She's done this kind of thing to me before we were married in which she eventually found out what the other guy was like & realised that she still loved & had feelings 4 me & she came back. I recently found out, from my fiance, that his last physical relationship was with a married woman,and now I feel sort of uncomfortable with it, I can't really explain why, just the thought that he had such disregard for marriage that he helped cuckold a man, it is really a put off for me, it is also making me wonder about his idea of marriage and how seriously he takes it.If he had no qualms about being an adulterer and helping this woman to break her vows of marriage, should I be worried he won't have a problem breaking the sanctity of our marriage vows?
