My husband was sent over to Iraq. He will be gone for 1 year. But everytime i dont answer my phone, he flips out on me. Like if i run in the store & he calls & i dont pick up, he accuses me of cheatng. This is hard enough and i told him that but he just doesnt trustme. I have never cheated on him ever. He told me cause i am attractive, hes acred. Well, i told him not to yell at me & accuse me about it. Im tired of this and how is our marriage supposed to survive when he acts like this? I know hes at war and hes scared but so am i & evertime he says that stuff (like: Im on a date & not picking up) it puts me in a deep depression. How do i make him see this?

ok, so im about to be 19, and i have heard it all
"how could you get pregnant so young"
"you should be married"
"you shouldnt be married"
and its all so conflicting and confussing! Yes, i married young, yes i got pregnant ALOT younger then i wanted, by like 10 years, and yes im dealing with it as it comes, I always put my sons priorities before any of mine! I know everyone says the first year of marriage is the hardest, but isnt that usually because thats when you move in together? we got married in Feb. of this year, and having been living together since Aug, of last year. And then, there is the "the first year with baby will put a strain on even the most perfect marriage"
But, i never thought it would end up like this!
We fight all the time, he says its a good sign, and i do love him, But, i dont think im in love with him, if that makes any sense. I dont believe in divorce or cheating.....
but....

A computer security consultant accused of killing his wife and three children in northern Illinois made his first court appearance Monday in this St. Louis suburb where he was arrested over the weekend. Christopher Vaughn had superficial gunshot wounds in the leg and arm, Glasgow said. His wife, Kimberly, 34, was shot once, while each of their children — Abigayle, 12; Cassandra, 11; and Blake, 8 — were all shot twice. His 9 mm handgun was found at the scene, authorities said.

My ex-husband constantly leaves messages for me saying that I caused all of the problems in our daughter's life. She is 15 now and did not do well in school this past year. She basically failed her Math Class.

He has sole physical and legal custody. I live in another state.

I have always been willing for her to come stay with me. He was never willing to give me legal custody.

He wants us to live in a new state where he has moved. We would all get a fresh start in a new town.

He has told my daughter that she can not stay with him because of her grades. I don't understand that.

He says that all of my inactions over the past few years have hurt our daughter only.

I am so confused. I can't work, eat or sleep.

I want to help my daughter in the best way possible so that she is a success in life.

He keeps saying its a serious issue because of her low grades so far in High School.

How should I handle the situation and really help my child?

My wife has been distant since 2000 and no sex since 2004. I do have "parkinsons disease" and for a while had to take something the doctor prescribed to make a part of me work but don't need it anymore since my part works fine again. Still no sex and she is gone for a long while on her days off shopping and such. No closeness just indifference. Any advice?More to her actions but too much to put here. Lets just say phone calls from other men and such. Brusises on her inner thighs, strange cars go by at all hours and stop in my driveway(that was going on while i was unable to get out of bed at night, has not happened in a long while, since I can get out of bed when I want to now.). All I want is proof for me to make sure I am not being overly suspious. Can't divorce her as I will need someone to take care of me when I get bad. She told me that no one would want me anyway. Just need a little advice.

Over the wkend at a party, my sister overheard a guy talk about my friend's hubby cheating while traveling for work. So I told her. I have no reason to doubt what my sister said as she named specific places he'd been & she's only met him once. The hubby denied it. Friend's hubby confronted the guy who said it & he spun a new story & lied. All had been drinking & I scolded the hubby via phone)he was not there-they were fighting & he went out). So the next day I called & left msg for them. no call back. I called again, things strained & husband blaming me! I apologized for my behavior & overreaction, but sure of what my sister overheard. Friend asked me to call the hubby to discuss the events. I called & emailed, no return. I feel like I have reached out & don't know why I am the bad guy. On a side note, the husband had hit on me while drinking in front of the wife. We chalked it up to the booze & moved on. Now I wonder if he is lying or not. I sense frndship over.

He says that since he can't drink whats the point of doing anything. He doesn't go out...doesn't talk to his friends...and isolates himself from me and everyone else. His whole social life revolved around drinking and now he doesn't know what to do. This has been going on for 3 months. We've only been married 7 months. He is so depressed...it's getting to me.I don't know what to do. My marriage is so empty.

I've been separated from my husband for almost a year and our divorce is almost final. It's been MONTHS since the kids and I have had any phone, email or otherwise contact from him (he lives in another state). The deadline for his response to the divorce papers served on him in May came and went with no response, so my lawyer filed a default against him, so I think he's basically waived his rights to see the kids unless he takes me to court and sues for partial custody. Is that correct?

No not that kind of hard! Jeesh!

Ok...to be so adamant about marriage...shouldn't you be more selective on how often you give up your goods too before marriage.

It seems like going on a binge of sex with lots of partners before marriage seems to be all the rage these days. For some reason, most people think this is cool way to live it up because you won't be able to do these things once married.

But doesn’t this defeat the whole purpose of the whole marriage and till death vows?

Read this one for more insight:

Makes you think just a little don’t it?

So please…no more of this “take vows serious talks” unless you were one that didn’t sleep around OK?

Or if you did have multiple lovers…at least did it with a little class.

Here's the deal...I recently celebrated my 1 yr anvrsy this month! I've been having a feeling that my husband is cheating so, I investigated. I found him on MySpace offering to take pictures of a woman whose picture clearly said "stripper". Next I find emails form a woman I dont know asking the question "What would you do if you got someone pregnant while you were still married?" (his responce was " Where did that come from"). He gets calls early in the morning (after I leave for work) from his female "coworker". He even texts her after he complains to me about texting costing him money. He doesnt text me at all. He never has. Occasionally, when he's on the phone, leaving home, or coming in late, he gets this "look" on his face that makes me think he's up to something. With my 1st pregnancy he seemed to do the same thing.
The confusing part is that he's very affectionate and attentive to me when he's home. I even tried talking to him.

Is he cheating or is it the hormones?

My Aunt was secretively married in South carolina. She lives in N.C. Her late husband passed and she re-married this other man.She never reported her new marriage to the S.S.Administration.She was getting Social Security from her late husband, while married to this new one[who died 6 months ago].Now she has passed. But her Appointed Attorney[not a real attorney] knew about this but did nothing. The Appointed Attorney over her estate has taken everything from her children without their knowledge. My Aunt could not read,so her children are looking for proof that their mother did re-marry and if so,can they get this APO for fraud? Also is there a web site for that she can get free records of the marriage? They were married in York,S.C.

I believe my husband has lied to me and not really sure. I wear size medium....however, I found a white pair of No Boundaries panties...Is this the color of underwear that the military females are supposed to wear....and where did the brown stains come from? Should I accuse my husband of cheating and how did the panties get into my apartment?

I do not understand some ppl. They say they want a good marriage but many don't do what needs to be done to keep it. If you don't want to be married anymore, don't you think the RESPONSIBLE way to handle it is to deal with it??? Avoidance and denial hurts both people. What also gets me is, the person doing all the avoiding, has the nerve to EXPECT to not be avoided when the shoe is on the other foot. If you treat situations/circumstances that way throughout your marriage, be prepared to be be avoided and denied the same way you did that person.
I feel this way b/c I was avoided, denied, lied to and manipulated by my spouse. Now he wants to move on with his life. But I am not ready to deal with him yet for I am so angry at the unresolved issues we had. Now I am being harrassed b/c now he wants to get through with things. Am I wrong for not wanting to deal with situations? Now I need time to think, I'm being rushed. Anyone else feel this way besides me??

I've been that way all my life, and when I got a bit of confidence, mom was right there to destroy it(she thought it wasn't humble). I'm a shy, laid back person, so any contact I get from peers, is appreciated. I never really thought I was likable to the opposite sex either. Especially Indian guys(I'm not a typical Indian girl). I married an Indian guy recently. Things are going better than I imagined between us. But in my mind, I think he can do better. I know not to let him know because after so much reassurance, one gets tired, so I must fix it on my own. But I don't know how. I know the whole "in love" phase will fade, and "love" will remain, and my security might remain in tact, but I need to get over the insecurities now, so by the time my man comes to the states, I'll be ok, and he can fijnally get to know the me who wasn't standing on pins and needles. Please help if u can, thanks. Please don't say just get over it, I don't know how, so that's y i'm asking u guys.
