My GF of a couple of months Mom is planning to move out of the state.. We decided we like eachother too much and will shack up be it temporarily or just eventually get married or just stay together and true to eachother forever... only time will tell.

However.. I wonder of the particulars...

Is it true that even if we never do get married nor draw up a cohabitation agreement... we are still considered married to the law if we live together for a certain amount of time????

I ask since I have property and assets and she doesn't and would like to be very aware of the implications of us innocently living together might have.

Thanks

I was out with my grandmother and we started talking about the fact that my cooking skills aren't too hot. Basically I can cook spaghetti and Hamburger Helper, and that's about the extent of the things I can make...that actually taste good. lol Anyway, my grandmother is 76 and VERY old school...so she tells me that I will never get a husband if I cannot cook. I told her that of course I will, this is 07, and men can cook as well these days. Then she asks me "well if he can cook, then what would he need you for?" WOW I don't know why I was surprised because as I said, my Grandma is old fashioned. However I have talked to several men, and the majority of them did say that since they can't cook, then they'd prefer a woman that can. So what does that mean? Is there no hope for me? lol I mean I do experiment...it's just that I have a hard time getting the food to taste like it's supposed to. Am I destined to be single???!!!

Okay i am a married woman who has 3 kids i have noticed self confidence and feeling good in general to helps me a lot with sex.So here is the question do you think women should meet men half way when it comes time to getting in the mood ?I am talking out maybe doing stuff to make yourself feel better about you even if its something small to get the mind set ready to be in the mood.Do you think some women rely to much on the husband to get in the mood?I have noticed female friends complaing they are never in the mood even with loving hubbys who try to romance them.

I am currently divorced but still living with my ex. I feel stupid for being with him. He cheated on me, why we are divorced, he denied his own son while I was pregnant with him, and I had a baby girl after we got together but the whole time he claimed she wasn't his. When she was born we found out she was going to pass away. I hate him for that. He has lied to me a few times too. I know I'm stupid, but how do you leave from a realationship like that?

When we met and were dating everything was great, of course, but after a few years of marriage the intimacy was less and less and now, although we still have sex there is no mouth to mouth kissing unless it is the type you would kiss your mother, you know, mouth closed, no feeling...I don't know if I can honestly remain married to someone who does not like what I consider to be an important part of an intimate relationship. I don't really ever even want to have sex because I resent the change. And yes I did talk to him about it but the outcome is the same and this has been going on for so long now I don't think there is any hope for change. I know other relationships have more "serious" issues but please I am only 40 years old and would like a more intimate relationship with a man and lately, a man other than my spouse....LOL :) No, I don't have one picked out yet either....please advise

My ex husband died last July....he was living with my son (his stepson) because his own son and daughter didn't want anything to do with him, even on his birthday and holidays....he left a beat up boat and an old jeep. In 2005 he packed up all his belongings from the house he was living in, and moved to PA where he lived for a year; he became so sick he had to move in with his son. Things didn't work out at all so my son went and got him, with all his belongings. There was a lot less stuff coming back with him then had gone up with him a year before. This was 2006. He died a month later. His daughter and son-in-law have begun harassing us about my ex's belongings that they claim belong to them. They have not had anything to do with us for 11 months. Right after he died my son and my husband packed everything that we had that belonged to my ex and delivered it to his daughter. Now they claim we have kept things and they have a lawyer and plan to sue....what are our rights???

There is a guy that i used to work with. 2 months ago, he moved to a city 2 hours away from me to get a better job. we are very close friends and sometimes he comes here and we see each other and talk. Tonight i saw him in my dream that he came to visit me and my mom saw us and she was saying that you are young and why you want to merry him. i was keep telling her that we are just friends and nothing else. after a while i find out that he came here to ask me to marry him, and i had good feeling that he wants to be my husband. my mom agrees with our marriage and she took us to a place that nobody was there. it was by the mountain and she invites all my family and after a while flowers and gras grow up there. my aunt told me that here is a best place to celebrate your wedding and my mom was very sad that i'm getting marry, because i'm the youngest in my family. i also saw church in my dreams and i feel very good. i had different feeling when i woke up. can u tell me what's my dream mean?

I'm getting married in a year.. and this question I think is quite interesting.. knowing people the way I do.. and having seen so many things go down among my friends over the years.. makes me wonder if anyone is ever actually totally faithful. I intend to be, but I wonder if my spouse can handle it. Forever is a long time, after all.

So 2 years ago in Dec my dad goes out of town and his mom (80ish) had to get this major eye surgery, the surgery went fine but she was supposed to have someone around to help her out.so after he got there she got the surgery but he left 2 weeks after the surgery to meet some woman 20 years younger than he is...yes this is a true story that happened to me. but this all occurred while he was still married to mom, a year later he ends up going there again and got MARRIED to this other woman...so he's got 2 wives...Mom finds out...they divorce and yet he still lives in the house...i mean he acts as though nothing has happened but he just sneaks around the house and stays up in his room all day when he's home but he also has a job usually he's out of the house though.
mmk well what do you all think? he's gonna move out once i graduate from highschool (2 years) then he's gonna disappear to be with his wife that doesn't know anything about his exwife and 2 kids (presently i'm16 and bro19)

My hubby and I have been married 2 years. He came home in Sept 06 out of the military, first time living together. We have a son, but since he came home he's been totally selfish and controlling. Past 3 mths were horrible, I asked him to leave for a week so we would get our priorites in order and miss each other. He says if I wanted him to leave, then we will divorce. He's called the courthouse, found the website and asked me to print out the papers. Since then he's been out drinking all the time, got a second job bartending, staying out till 5 am, without sleep, then going golfin, sleeps all afternoon, doing drugs, lying to me about it. We have a son to take care of and he doesn't care. Finally one night he started packing my things and told me to move out NOW! I didn't have anywhere for me and my son to go then, finally I found a place and move out this week. Now he wants to work on it. He's so controlling to the point I get questioned for shaving my legs. Will he change?

It amazes me how these women try to pass as ladies and they have such foul mouths.

It also amazes me how these women sit down with their legs wide open for everyone to see their blueberry muffins!

Gentelman are no different:

Why walk around looking scruffy? When was the last time you shaved? When was the last time you brushed your teeth? And why did your wife not iron your shirt this morning?

Furthermore, you ALWAYS take your hat off when you enter a building.

please explain. and for the REAL gentleman and ladies on this dispeccable site, you have Mrs. Prude's sympathy.

If your boyfriend, etc, finds your feet sexy, what do you think about it? Is it gross? cute? harmless?
So many people seem to think it is weird, but i don't think so.
I'm not obsessed, I just think that well kept, nice looking feet are sexy, and want some opinions

in the same town for the last 20 years. Needless to say he has dated alot (never been married) and has a wild past (which is why he's never been married). All of "our" friends are really his friends and I'm glad to have couples to associate with. The problem is that I get tired of hearing about "remember when we all..." I try to include myself in the conversations but I really feel like the "outsider". We went on a float trip this past weekend with another couple and most conversations were about past trips and everything that went on and all the "wild" parties they used to go to etc, etc, etc... Sometimes I just feel like the "replacement" woman because every thing we do is stuff he's already done with countless other women. Yes, I knew about his past because he was upfront and honest about and has never tried to hide anything from me. I admire him for not getting married until he was sure he was ready. I just don't know how to handle things and not seem jealous or insecure.

It amazes me at the questions of infidelity and adultery that goes on in this site.

Why are women like this, what ever happened to wanting to become grown and mature Ladies?

Do you think that sleeping with every man you meet will gain you some attention and popularity?

please explain.

My husband and I have been having problems in the bedroom lately. Actually, it's been for about 2 years now. We only have sex about once a week (and we usually take the week of my period off too). So, that's like 3 times a month, and we are only 24! Also, I've complained to him that even when we have sex, I feel like he's just going through the motions. He just wants to get me to orgasm as quickly as possible and get it over with. I've been feeling like he doesn't really want to be there.

Anyway, he told me he thinks maybe he's just been watching too much porn and masturbating too much. He said he was going to stop watching porn and come to me when he felt like being sexual. Remember, he told me this, I didn't suggest ANY of this. Well, for the past 3 weeks he says he hasn't watched any porn, but to make a long story short, I know he has. I found it by accident (really I did), and now I don't know what to do.

I'm recently divorced after a 12 year marriage and almost ready to give love another shot. I noticed alot of women on yahoo personals about 6 months ago after my divorce. I took a look this morning to see who was available and its mostly the same women and still looking even active yesterday. Is it hard for a women in her 30's with children to find serious love? I'm 33 and just curious? Do women want a serious relationship at that age? I miss marriage and companionship and hope to find a wonderful ladie who appreciates a good man!thanks

Is it just me that cannot believe how other people act, having sex on first "date" (if you can even call it that), having boyfriends, and still making sexual comments and (more than flirting) crap to other guys, guys screwing everyone, cheating, it all seems to revolve around sex anymore. What the hell. Is anyone else left that has morals and is tired of seeing/hearing this kind of crap? Especially the mothers who should be setting examples for thier children.....What in the world is going on?
