Complicated question. What is sin? The most ancient meaning meant that it was something that was off the mark, a term taken from archery. In this case the target is knowing God's will.
Porn itself raises a lot of questions. If it's not between consenting adults, it's criminal to own it. But even if it is between consenting adults, aren't people being treated as sex objects? I would say yes, but willingly, and this is a far different matter from being an unwilling sex object.
If you and your wife both enjoy the porn, I can't see any harm in it. People can even learn some things from porn, like different positions and a more tolerant attitude to people with different preferences. Shake off the Christian superstition that sex is sinful.

It would be a lot healthier to the relationship to be open about your sexuality/interests. However, you need to maintain a level of respect as to what is acceptable by your wife as well. They are for "educational" purposes (so it is said). But be prepared for her to feel insecure that you feel the desire to introduce this into your relationship. She may take this out of context and assume you are not pleased with what she provides in the bedroom. Open up some dialogue and gain some perspective to her position on pornography in general; has she viewed this material before; and assure her that she satisfies you. But ask yourself what it is that you are ultimately trying to accomplish by introducing a new format to your marriage. Instead of the generic turn ons, what's in it for you and her?
It can be successful in some relationships, not all.
Good luck

IF YOU AND YOUR WIFE AGREE TO DO SO...THERE IS NO SIN ATTACHED.
IF EITHER OF YOU DO SO AND IT 'DISTRACTS' FROM ONE ANOTHER, THEN IT SHOULD JUST BE STOPPED AS COMMON SENSE...NOT A SIN ITEM.
ALSO, VIEWING PORN SHOULD NOT BE AN ADDICTIVE THING FOR EITHER OF YOU. YOU CANNOT RELATE TO ONE ANOTHER WITHOUT THIS AIDE. THIS TOO WOULD NOT BE SINFUL, YET, UNHEALTHY TO YOUR UNION.

As long as you BOTH enjoy it, no it's not sinful. Just don't do it alone or watch the abusive kind...then it's a bad sign!

Not at all. Your wife is the one person that you can do anything with, as long as you both are willing and open to the experience. As long as it's legal, of course!

Depends on your definition of "sin". If your hard core religious, then lusting in your heart is a sin. If your more relaxed then, No, it isn't a sin because she is there with you.
