My wife left me for another man after 6 years of Marriage. (Together for 8 since High School). She started seeing him in May when she decided we were separated and still living together. I moved out in July. She has since "broke-up" with him and wants our family back together. We have 2 kids that are 4 and 7. We both love each other very much but she is afraid of being in a relationship with me because she still has feelings for this other man. She doesn't feel like she's going to be faithful and that she'll "push me away" even though she wont go back to him. To make things worse she works with him and sees him everyday. We've discussed counseling but she says she can't talk about me to my face. Her intimacy comes and goes from day to day. She is also dealing with the death of her grandmother last year who was like a second mother to her (her grandmother lived with her all her life and helped raise her). She wants me but is afraid to get close to me...

Tommorow my husband will be out of town for most of the day and now that my friend Jessica as living with me, I am able to finish cleaning the house and other household chores very quickly. My grandfather gave me a movie this past weekend called "march of the penguins". It looks so cute!! Its a movie about penguins and I just love animals. Unfortunately, my dad took back the baby sheep that were staying in our back yard and my grandfather took his german sheperd home with him so I don't have any animals to play with, but I think this movie will be a good substitute :) Unfortunately, my husband only allows me to turn on the tv and says that I cannot touch any of his other electronics. :( He is worried I will mess them up but when my cousin was down he showed me how to play a dvd and I just know I could wouldn't mess anything up if my husband would let me. Ladies, in the past was there anything you did to convince your husband to let you use the electronics? Maybe make a nice meal

My husband has recently been searching online videos of woman fights. He watches all kinds of them that appear in the search results. He has had problems with obsessions of porn in the past and I am wondering what the fascination with this might be... is it a fix of what he can't get from the porn anymore? What do you think?

My fiancee said that the only way she would wear one is if I wear one as well. She also said that if I decide to buy her one, that there better be 2 of them (both women's thongs). She has made it clear that shes definitely willing to try one, but kind of wants me to go through the expereince at the same time. Have any women ever put their guys through this? Should I do it for her?

Should I make a list of things that he needs to change? He still thinks it is my fault, kicked me out, I left and he wants me back. Is it worthy even to discuss of things to be changed, like his lousy friends that think how funny it is to pull his strings to embarras and put me down on every occasion? This would be one thing to change, second to stop checking out every girl? Thanks!

My friend recently broke off her engagement with a wonderful guy she had been with for five years. He moved out and about a week later, she started dating multiple guys, drinking heavily, and having unprotected sex. They've only been broken up for three weeks! I know it's not my business, but when she shares these things with me, I want to scream. She is out of control! I care about her, but I don't want to offend her. What can I say to try to open her eyes a little bit?

My husband and I have been married for 18 years. Neither of us have been with anyone else sexual since we have been together. My husband has asked about a mff threesome to "spice" things up a bit. He said I could pick her out and has agreed to have no contact with her afterwards. My question is, can people really have these "adventures" and it not distroy their marriage? I am curious and a little excited about the possible experience but I am also very worried about what could happen afterwards.

my question might sound stupid but I'm serious, how does it feel for a man to be expecting a baby? How do they feel toward their kids? My dad and many other men don't really love their kids, at least not like the mom do.. They even "hate" their wives when they get pregnant and start regretting the whole marriage or relationship.

Personally, I don't think there is much difference then again, I'm not legally married. I'm asking for an explaination outside of hte legal benefits of marriage, so more of a personal response would be great. I've been with and living with my lover for about 2 years and we consider ourselves married.

I just don't get when people say "oh when you guys get married everything will change!" We're getting married in another 2 years (travelling the world right now) and honestly, niether of us can think of anything that will change simply because we wasted money and a day on a stupid wedding! (the wedding is for our families happiness/enjoyment NOT mine!) So, if you've got a guess about what would change, that would be interesting!

I have 3 young children 13, 8 and 3. I have taken total responsibility for raising the kids, bills, decisions everything, while my husband worked mostly overseas and military and now decides he likes getting compliments from other women and wants the freedom of being single, but he doesn't feel it will hurt any of us and a divorce doesn't mean he doesn't love us..(his words). Recently he told me he actually hasn't made up his mind and maybe things might be okay, but he isn't sure......but he wants everything to stay the same.....we only see him on weekends now, because he works in another state? I just don't know what to do?

I just recently left the man I was living with because of his drinking.
We were together for 6 years. When we got together I was an alcoholic too. I have been sober now for three years. I am the Mother of three kids(two grown and away from home, and my youngest turned 14 on Thanksging. I love this man with all of my heart, but I just could not stay any longer and subject myself or my daughter to his crazy behavior when he was drunk. When he is sober he is totally oppsite, hes witty, and kind and lovable. I pleaded with him to please get help with his drinking, because I love him,and I want him to get help.,and I didn't want to leave, but he ave me no choice. He says that he loves us, and that we are his family and he misses us, but he still drinks every day. I don't want to go back because I know that he has not changed, but my heart hurts so bad. I want him to get help so that we can be a family again. I love him so much. OUCH! I don't know what to do. Do you understand?

Her mom kept telling her I should buy her more things. She got everything a normal child would get. Put her through cheerleading, brought her to concerts spent alot of time with her until she was about 17, then her friends were all that mattered. Her mom remarried we had a nasty divorice. She never came to see me. During the divorice I tried to help her with many times. Example; she had a flat tire one day which I found out while I was speaking to her mother about our other children. I went out to her location and she was gone. I called her mom back and she said Scott(remarried) took care of it. One day I was at my sons baseball game she came up to me and told me she was getting married this year. Over the next two weeks I tried to get in touch with her but she would never return my calls. I was never invited or given any dates. During the time I was trying to get in touch with her was when she married. Her mother had told me about the wedding. There is more, I am out of characters

can someone please tell me why my parents always drive men out of my life. i have been with my boyfriend for 2 and a half years and my parents love him one day and hate him the next. what the hell is wrong with them. first they love him, then he gets in a fight with my brother because he insulted me and my boyfriend didnt like it, so they hate him, then they love him again and always ask when the wedding is, then love, hate, love.now they hate him again becuase my mom overheard a fight we had and said that he shouldnt be talking to me like that. ( she doesnt even know what the fight stemmed from) and it was actually my fight. i purposefully pissed him off because i was in a bad mood but thats not the point. what do i do about my parents? my mom is now saying that she forbids me to get married to him.is there anything i can say to my parents that they would understand? i have to mention that im 21, and i've been dating since high school and every guy was the same case. what do i do?????
