Well, i dont know exactly how its done in the state you live in, but in Indiana, when they go to jail and post bond we get all the bond money! Thats usually how I end up getting money. But the next time you go to court, talk to the judge and maybe they will put a wage assignment on him and take it out of his paycheck. Thats what I do, but sometimes they will switch jobs just to avoid that happening. Just stay on it and if he wont tell you where he is working ask around. He cant run forever!
