Putting him in jail is stupid. All that is going to happen is if he has a job he will lose it so that doesn't get you any where. The only thing you can do is get a judgment against him in court that way it can be taken out of his paycheck. Even that is not foolproof. All he has to do is get a cash job and say he can't find a job and there is nothing you can do. The best advise i can give is to prepare yourself to raise your kids by yourself. I know this isn't what you wanted to hear. Good luck. And 1 more thing you can have his drivers license taken away. But' if he can't drive he can't go to work. I have already seen this happen when i worked for the state.

Well, i dont know exactly how its done in the state you live in, but in Indiana, when they go to jail and post bond we get all the bond money! Thats usually how I end up getting money. But the next time you go to court, talk to the judge and maybe they will put a wage assignment on him and take it out of his paycheck. Thats what I do, but sometimes they will switch jobs just to avoid that happening. Just stay on it and if he wont tell you where he is working ask around. He cant run forever! It will catch up to him. Also, depending on how far behind he is, you can have the courts intercept his tax check! Good Luck!

Have you tried having the courts garnish his wages? Certainly going to cost you a little money up front...but worth a try. Amount will automatically be deducted from his paycheck. Only works if you have an official court ordered child support claim.

If the courts can't get him to pay you are out of luck there and on your own. Please do not wait around for this bum to help you. Go do what you need to do so that you can take care of your child without him, because it looks like that is the only choice you are going to have. God Bless
