I love my fiance, we even have our second child on the way now. For the past year or so my sexual desire for him goes down more and more. I still find him attractive. He is a good honest family man, and I love him for that, he just doesn't please me in the bedroom... I have tried telling him exactly what he can do to turn me on, but he'll do it like once, if even that, and go back to his selfish lovemaking. we don't french kiss/make out. He never touches me, except "down there" when he wants to get it on. I know this would be a topic better discussed with him and not strangers, but I have tried so many times and he just wont make the effort. It's not because I am pregnant, either, because it was like this long before then. I just wish there was a way to get him to please me, and want to please him. Can you get that flame back once it has gone out? I am only 22 years old. I should have many years of happy lovemaking ahead of me!

Every comment to marriage questions on here = divorce.

1. Not happy in relationship > divorce
2. Tired of your husband not lifting the toilet seat > divorce him
3. Wife has bad morning breathe > divorce her

Every solution people give here is divorce, not even thinking about how bad that affects the kids too. Then people wonder why the divorce rate is so high?

I am in the middle of a divorce and our preliminary hearing is on Dec 1st until then my husband has supervised visits in my home with our 2 month old son. He has only visited 3 times since my sons birth but when he dose visit I am so scared he will try to take our son, or hurt me or my family...(my mother and father supervise the visits). My husband has a history with drug and alchol abuse, he is also weel trained in martal arts and has been physically abusive to me, and emotionaly abusive. When I know he is visiting I am overwhelmed with a sence of fear, cause i never know what kind of shape he will arrive in..(high or drunk). Does anyone know how I can handle this? I have numerouse police reports and he has been in jail....i hope the judge will continue supervised visits....any advice? My son was not planned....so please do not make me feel worse by commenting on my skills at picking men I am working on it!!

for the last 2 years my husband and I only have sex maybe once or twice a month. We are in our late 20's so I know he can get it up and medically, we have no problems. He watches porn more and more to the point where I realize that porn has taken my place. I asked him many times what the problem was, and finally yesterday he told me that we have "done everything" I'm willing to do in the bed, and the only thing left is to have another woman in our bedroom. I have said no way, so I guess he has given up on our sex life. So basiclly I am old news and having sex with me is the same ol same ol. I am open to anything and everything as long as it is just the two of us. But that is not good enough for him because we have already done all that. I feel like giving up.

He feels compelled to gift us something. Is that normal for a child to involve themselves into an anniversary?

I told him it's not nessasary and that it's more of a private celebration for me and my husband. Do you think that was accurate to tell him?

my husband works graveyard shifts, and it works very well since we all plan for him to sleep at least until 2. saturday morning before he went to sleep for the day i asked him if he could come hear our 5 year old daughter give a talk in church on sunday. He said he'd have to think about it because he wanted to get up early saturday to watch the football game. Which he did. So when our daughter asked him today if he was coming he said no, so she started to cry and he said, "fine I guess I don't need sleep. wake me up in time" and then he went to bed and slammed the door. I am so furious that he would choose a football game over his daughter that I don't even want him to come now. Should I just let him sleep and hopefully I'll have calmed down by the time he wakes up?

my boyfriend of 11 yrs has a 11yr old son who is very disrespectful toward my daughter and i. he is also mean and out of control. he has adhd, however i know that most of these episodes are not the result of this disorder. i have been around for 11 yrs you just know after that amount of time. its obvious that he is trying very very hard to split us up. i know i should not let this split us up, but i am having a hard time staying strong all of the time. and i am so set in my feelings toward his son, i find it hard to change. my boyfriend disciplines him in very little extent and is not consisitent at all. and what goes on at his mothers house god only knows. anyway to get to point i am considering leaving the relationship but we also have a 6 yr old together and i do not want to break her heart. any advice?

Renting. My husband and I have been renting an apartment for 3 years now. We are both working full-time adults and I ready for a change. 3 years ago the agreement was to get our credit straight and buy a home within a year and half. Well we are still here and looks like we will be in this apartment in 2007. I have had my credit straight and paying bills on time for 2.5 years. My husband started paying off his bills this year. I applaud him for paying his debt but everytime I mention anything about a buying a home, he says o.k. maybe the spring, then he changes and say maybe the summer then he changes again and say maybe next winter. I don't want to nag him but I am so tired of living in this apartment. I became so frustrated until I even thought about applying for a mortgage on my own but I know if his income is added if we apply together, the more money we will be approved for plus it's not fair to him if I do that. Any good advice is appreciate

It amazes me how many no longer wish to fight to save a family structure or take the kids into account. I guess it is todays easy divorces and talk shows that do it.. We are at a 70% divorce rate all, it has to stop. Make sure of who you marry, and fight to keep it. I am not saying stay in a abusive situation, but, It is time to stop the divorce mentality and start bringing back the strong family lives.

How many agree with me? and what are your ages? I am wondering just how many think it is ok and not bad to divorce someone over something petty? And last, Other than CHEATING, INCERATING, or ABUSE, Is their any other reason that is really good enough to Divorce?

She puts him down and treats him like he is second class. She has done this with every guy I have ever gotten serious about since I was sixteen. I am thirty years old with a six year old boy she acts like I cant raise my child she changes his cloths when he goes somewhere with her and says its because what I had on him was too old for him to wear if he is going with her I changed my phone number so she would leave me alone and she still shows up at my house. Ive told her if she wont respect my husband I don't want her around but she wont leave us alone.

Im almost 9 months pregnant and very depresed, my husband keeps fighting because I forget to do things in the house and he pays all the bills, I suffer from a disorder that when I get really sad or mad I faint, It happened this morning and he thinks Its my fault, he doest care if I cry because he thinks it wont hurt the baby. He doesnt hit me but his words hurt more, he calls me names and tells me Im ugly and fat and not a woman and that I ruined his life. I dont know what to do anymore I cry everyday sometimes he makes me whish i was dead, i dont have any friends to talk to and I feel so lonely.I found him on a chat room online talking to girls, The next day he acts like nothing happened and expects me to be happy without even apologizing to me. Other times he is good and makes me happy but this hurts so much because I dont forget things, He says I have mental problems and im retared, he says it so much Im staring to believe him
