He washes the dishes when I'm worn out even when he has worked all day and I know he's tired too. He kisses my hands when we snuggle on the couch, watches romance movies with me like Titanic or Notebook and cries although he tries to hide that he's crying I can still see him. He would rather watch football with me than with his guy friends even though I don't know a lot about the game he still wants me there cheering them on. When we are grumpy and he thinks we might argue, he says OK it's time time out time, lets regroup in a half hour. That way no one gets their feelings hurt.

There are so many ways that my husband shows his love for me. It took me awhile to see hose things for what they are. My husband goes to a job which he hates a little more with every day, so that we can keep our home. When I have a serious issue with something, most of the time he'll sit down and listen to me, and sometimes try to help me solve it if help is needed. The most important thing he does is love my son. I had a 7 year old son when we got married, and my husband has accepted him as his own, has talked about adopting him so he would legally be both of ours. Just this one thing has told me how much my husband loves me. His unconditional love and acceptance of my child. This tells me what kind of father he will be to our furture children too. He's everything I could have ever asked for.

He is a hard worker and an excellent provider. He calls me at least twice a day to see how my day is going. He does cooks and cleans on days that I get off work later than he does. He changed pampers and fed the children when they were younger and cared for the children just as much as I. When I am tired he lets me sleep in and does the Saturday house cleaning and keeps the children quiet. And this is only a small list of things that he does.

He makes me laugh when Iam upset and even when I am not. He is not selfish in bed at all. He surprises me with presents (he brought me a new gold watch yesterday!). He doesn't make demands with me, If the house isn't 100% clean because I am tired, he doesn't freak out. He does too many things to name here. I love him and I know he appreciates me.

by his actions. He is always making sure I am happy. His love runs deep. He helps out around the house with dishes, laundry, and other cleanings, He helps out with the kids, and does small things for me like if he runs to the store he'll come home with flowers for me too..He takes care of me when I am sick by letting me rest and he takes up the slack for me at that time..I do the same for him.

he does the little things. he brings me my contact stuff when i'm too tired/lazy to walk to the bathroom to take them out. he'll get me snacks or sodas when i'm trying to relax. all those little things are way better than big things. the little things show how much you really care.
