well if you have his social security no# then you shouldn't have a problem with accessing any of his accounts due to your lawyer.....and he should beable to put a seice on his accounts untill the court date....and the only way you can get alamony is if he told you that you didn't have to work where if you carried any type of jub while you were married then they may not give you it.....the child support is another story...i wouldn't approach her due to the fact you probably have no clue on if she knew that he was married or not.....and thats not fare to her if she didn't know .....i was in that type of situation my self and he betrayed his self as to not be with any one....till the phone bill came in for the cell phone and his wife called me and asked who i was and i was honest with her...i truelly didn't know that he was married.....and i have 2 girls my self and wouldn't want them to be a home recker thats not fare to the other wife????so i truely know here your comming from....but if she knew all along then i would still leave it alone.....too many hard feelings are there and you have no clue on how you will react????and you need to gett every thing that you can out of him......and i would put him throuhgh the ringer......he is the one that cheated and the courts really frown on people that stray out of the marrage and give the woman every thing that they can....but i would take the time and let the lawyer handle it that is why you are paying him....or you could get your husband to pay for it by the end of the session that the judge has to approve and you need to talk that over with your lawyer too....good luck ....hope you get what you want:)

Its all your fault anyway.
All a mistress is there for, is for your husband to empty his balls.
If you were doing "ALL" the things you should be doing, then e would not need to look else where.
You want to confront the mistress ? Be careful she does not confront & blame you.

does she know he's married? if she does she's trash. why don't you approach her w/ his suitcases and tell her she can have him. I just read your other questions, all you really need to find this info. is his SS#, lawyer can take care of everything else.

hire a private detective to do the work for you. Trust me it is worth it. There may be more than just the one other woman.
