Why is it most guys can't tell you that they love you around their friends but when their not around their friends it's like those words never end. And i don't want to hear it's a man thang because that's a excuse.

Someone once told me that it would be impossible to find any cases of botched circumcisions that happened in america. Well here is 2. It took me less than a minute to find them and it just sickens me. I hope that one day, humanity will come to its senses but as brutal as human beings are, I highly doubt that will ever happen. For all you African women being mutilated and all you American men being mutilated, I am sorry. being that i was born in the Uk, i havent had to suffer what you people have had to suffer.

After 22 years of marriage, it's over. Now I am uneasy about dating again. I am a 49 year old fairly, attractive woman w/2 grown daughters. I was completely faithful to my husband, as he was to me. We grew apart and couldn't live together any more so we seperated~it's been nearly 3 years now. I know that I could never live with him again but I am uncomfortable with the thought of divorce for several reasons. I worry about losing any financial support from him later on. This may sound harsh or monetary (is that the right word) but I think I deserve something financially from him. I know very little about alimony or how it works. Could someone explain it to me and also talk to me about dating again?
Thanks in advance for any & all help. Both of our daughters think that we should get a divorce so there's no problem there.

it all started when we came back from a trip last summer. me, my cousin, her husband and her son went on a trip and when we came back my aunt started acting all wierd. Once when i wanted to ask him a questiuon a went near his dorr and asked him and my auint acted like i was going to rape him. It was so annoying but more then that it hurt my feeling. I felt like the whole family thinks i am a ****. Other thing that happen are if he is like in the kitchen i can't go in there or my family makes a big deal or when i say i have to wash before i go over there they think i do it to impress him. The most irrataing is the kitchen thing though. Like once my aunt made burgers and everyone was in the kitchen including him but when i walked in there my aunt freaked out and started yelling at me about how i was supposed to wait and that they kitchen was small and wat not so i waited untill every one got out and then went in, he forgot to get a drink and he wentina and my aunt freaked out .

I am trying to move on and save our marriage but I am angry and I find myself thinking about what he did constantly. How can I just move on?

For example, the need to be cared for, the need to be recognized, the need to be appreciated, the need to feel accepted, understood, valued, and to have our integrity accepted. When trust is threatened, according to your world view, which of these needs is most affected? How does a relationship attempt to recover from a violation of trust?

We had a major trust crisis 3 MONTHS into our marr. He cldn't give me time & tenderness to heal, ("It's been a MONTH!")so I haven't. My ongoing feelings of rejection and requests for his help & love have been ignored. He's so cold & is verbally brutal when angry, which is often. He has been so offended w/ my continued insecurity, & thinks I'm "attacking" him if I am sad or down, so tonguelashes me. I know the relationship is not good but I'm trying to hold on. I loved him so -he devastated me. He tells me straighout that he "can't" give me affection, much less intimacy of any kind Until I "change". He mocks me. So hard to feel good about myself to get my life in order and move ahead. Other men find me very attractive and smart, funny. I might as well be invisible to my husband,I wish he could see me as others do. I have 2 wonderful children that he can't stand. My real need is to find a way to hold on and make something of myself so I can give a better life to my kids and self.

Okay...I have not always had the sex drive I know have. But it has been very good and alot of fun, for both my husband and me. Latley he has been asking me specific questions about finding other partners to bring into our bedroom. What is this all about? Why, when he is liking what he has? (There is no question about this...he does enjoy what he gets. He tells me what he want's need's and he gets it He does the same for me. He never has any complaint.) So why is he looking for other's to join? By the way.....I am not interested..no way, no how!

My mom is now ending her second marriage (third major relationship) She has cheated and lied throughout this one as well. Is this because she doesn't have the capacity to realize how much pain being a tramp causes? Why is the grass always greener on the other side for her?

Many divorce attorneys state that people should marry after 30 for the first time. More stability and credibility within the partners in a marriage.

Agree...?

Any experiences you wish to share?

Well I often hear a woman say
" The first time I saw him, I knew in my heart that I was going to be married to him, and here we are married for 10 years"
Or
"As soon as I saw him , I told my friend/sister that I am going to marry him, And we are engaged now."
I mean Ladies please, how do you know that?
please tell your experiences too,
Guys have you ever said like that ?

If the relationships become dull and unromantic, how long can you last? How optimistic and hopeful one should be to make love grow stronger? Should bad times bring people closer or make wonder "if this is for me"? Can commitment shake?(supposedly not married yet)
I believed in love so much, but in front of major challenges, the desire of unconditional love fades away.
After some period of time, either love takes a new route and either grows stronger or doubts? What do you think?

And if you're going to say cheating or abuse, at least give a unique spin on why, or get a little more descriptive (ex: cheating with a sibling, or in your own bed, etc). 10 points goes to the most creative, personal answer.
