Don't fell guilty.....If he got this other job,it's because he wanted another job...and was maybe glad you said something ..that supports the change he might have wanted too do for a while :) just trust and support him he's not a kid... :)

Does your husband AGREE with you, that he works too much? Maybe he wanted out of the old job as badly as you wanted him to. If he went out and just got another job without giving you any reasons why he should stay where he is, he was either miserable, or just does as he is told. Why not ask HIM how he feels the about the situation he is in.

Well you shouldn't feel guilty you just have to appreciate it. I'm sure he wouldn't have taken a job that he didn't know anything about and he can probably just as easily get a different one if need be. You are lucky though that your husband is listening to you and responding i just got married and we are young and I'm going through this already but he doesn't listen to me.

You should wait to see how the new job pans out. There's no need to feel guilty. Give life a chance!

This job may be better for him, because with the other job he is more likely to drop dead soon working like that. Good move.

If he agreed to leave, then he wasn't happy either. And, it is possible to work yourself to death. Being overworked and overstressed can further existing diseases or cause new ones to occur. This is a good thing.
