i would wait until i knew for sure he was really divorced before starting a relationship, to protect yourself, from hurt. anything could happen, he could reconcile with his wife, and leave u empty handed and brokenhearted. best to stay away from married men, and not worry if they like u or not, could just mean he is lonely or looking for a sexual relationship only, and i would get to know him better before i started seeing him, and i would want to know why he is going through a divorce.

If he's flirting with you now, that tells me that he's not working through the grieving process of his divorce yet, which makes you rebound girl, and nobody wins when they are the reboundee.
Even if he was in the worst marriage possible and he's singing "Can't Wait to be Free", the fact is, divorce represents a loss in his life, and if he's ignoring that emotional fact, it will only create problems if you were to choose to start going out with him. His flirtation with probably is linked to an attraction to you, but if he hasn't signed the paperwork yet and he's able to flirt with you to a level that you think he's wanting to take you out, then save yourself some grief and cool him down until he's had a chance to deal with his loss. Until he stops ignoring it, all his future relationships will suffer for it.
