If the relationships become dull and unromantic, how long can you last? How optimistic and hopeful one should be to make love grow stronger? Should bad times bring people closer or make wonder "if this is for me"? Can commitment shake?(supposedly not married yet)
I believed in love so much, but in front of major challenges, the desire of unconditional love fades away.
After some period of time, either love takes a new route and either grows stronger or doubts? What do you think?

The simple answer is you don't.

A relationship will need to depend on a lot more than just "love". It takes commitment and work and understanding to enable it to last. Both partners have to make the effort to support and nurture the relationship. Unconditional love is a good start but you need more than that to maintain the relationship. If you can't come up with mutual interests and mutual respect for each other, the relationship just ain't going to work.

I can speak from experience as we're into our 29th year of marriage on top of one year dating and one year engagement.
