Marriage & Divorce - 6 November 2006

I'm 19 I live with my parents.on there insurance,got inan accident 2 days in a row,I missed a court date frome the last car reck & now have a warrant for my arrest.I started to date my ex again and he's 40 with 4 kids.a 2year old a 4year old a 6year old & a 8year old.my parents dont like him as you can emagine.I was doing this in secret,so I didnt hurt my parents.but tonight I wasnt paying attention & ran a red light.coming home from seeing him & hit some one really bad on portland ave.now I have to go tomorrow and tell my parents what happend & tell them about HIM,I'm almost positive they are going to kick me out.the 1 time we dated it was for 3 weeks the 2 time {now} 2 weeks.I love him & now he is talking about marriage.the question is.how can I break,me dating him & getting in a car accident,gently,tomorrow without making them somad andhurtand upset with me that it ruins completly the relationship with them.I dont want them to stop talking to me.IknowI deserve everything,pls hlp me.

As he walks through the front door he notices that the steps have been fixed and the hall light is working. He goes to get a beer and sees that the fridge door now closes properly.

"Honey", he says to his wife "how'd all this get fixed?"

"Well", she says "when you left, I sat outside and cried. After a while a nice young man asked me what was wrong and I told him. He offered to do all the repairs and said all I had to do was go to bed with him or bake him a cake".

"So what kind of cake did you bake?" asks the husband.

"Hellooooo .... do you see Betty Crocker written on my forehead? I don't think so!"

My husband and I lost our baby girl early this yr on the 6th of February and we've been 2 councellings and got to accept this situation. Now we are happily in love and agrred to try to have another child and we are very sure of our facts. I am now working and he also is working but some of our family and friends would tell us we shouldn't have one now. But I mean we really want to try. Do you feel the same way?

I have read the messages and she is blatantly flirting with him, she texts him at 1am in the morning and he responds to her. He swears it is nothing more than a friendship and he knows the boundaries of our relationship. He says he loves me and wouldnt do anything to mess that up, but the messages she sends are all innuendo pretty much and so I had a crazy moment and I texted her from his phone and within 3 texts she was saying she was hot for him and couldnt wait to meet him... Arrrrgghhh its annoying me, what do I do??? Please please help!

I always wanted a marriage where love and thoughtfulness went hand in hand . Well I have married a man that I did EVERYTHING for, and I truly mean everything. I could write a book! I sacrificed way too much, and I didn't realize right away that this man just gave nothing back. I guess I was just too busy to notice it wasn't coming back to me, but eventually I started to feel a void. So I have stopped doing anything for him. And even though I've told him what the problem is (many times), he continues to be his usual selfish self. This relationship seems more like Im living with a roommate, and I don't know how this marriage is going to end up, but I do know that I can't live with someone who only thinks of himself.
If he is not able to give me what I need, should I stay in this marriage for the sake of our child?

What do you do when you and your husband work and you find yourself doing all the housework (includes cooking, cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping,even just plain shopping, doctor's appointments his ,yours and the baby's),caring for your son,yourself and your husband to the point that the only thing he does is work, sleep, and the cars maintenance, and he has excuses everytime you ask him for a favor? After domestic dispute I called the police. My husband ran from authorities. No contact for 2 years. I want to file for divorce. I have contacted his parents and they say they know nothing of this. Yet they never ask ME where he is. They do not stay in contact with me or their grand-daughter since that incident, which tells me they do know he isn't in or lives.

How do I file for divorce in his absence or whereabouts? Legal advice is needed. I have DIY (do it yourself) papers, but it asks for last known address, employer and relative contacts? None of these have given me his whereabouts?

How can I divorce him?

i have a ex who sees my children a few time a week he wont arrange with me when he see them he sorts it out with my 11 year old daughter he picks them up and will not tell me when he is going to drop them off he just says when they get bored so my boyfriend and i cant go any where my daughter is not his but he is good enough to still see her his son is very loyal to me and i have no problems but my daughter is giving me hell she comes home with bags full of sweets which i have 2 step kids at home aswell and in my house i only allow sweets once a week so she sits there and eats the whole bag when i try to take them off her she says she will tell dad ! he knows i am scared of him and i feel im trying just to keep evryone happy please help

my husband expects a lot from me for everything.. I'm a USA citizen but he is not. We both are staying in his country of origin. He badly wants to go to usa bt i'm not comfortable with his idea. I dont want to live in USA yet. I believe if he wants to migrate to usa, he should find his own ways to get there. I dont want him to make me feel used in the process but he doesn't understand that. Sometimes he fights me on this issue. He says i'm holding on to his success while not taking him to USA. i do believe that a husband/wife should help one another but in my case, i want him to grow on his own. I want him to use his own capablities and make a difference in my heart. However, he wants the easy way out that is through me. Tell me am I wrong on this? He calls me selfish. In the past, he's cheated on me too and still does it sometimes. I've given him many chances, should i still stand by his side or should move on alone?
His personality scares me bz he is unpredictable. any advice?

I've been married to this guy for 21/2 yrs... I did my wifely duties (I mean everything).. but for some reason nothing I did was good enough...even went to counceling...it was a roller coaster ride....he was not interested in sex (rather watch porno..but he was hiding it)

I thought the porno was the only problem..find out he was cheating on me all along.. the other girl knows that he's married.

We are separated now and I move to different state... I'm about to file for divorce... to add insult to injury, I did some investigation and find out that he use our credit card when he bought her plane ticket last december to visit him, but for some reason it was cancelled....now the girl was about to use thesame ticket to see him for Thanksgiving and b-day. He denied about the other girl when I confronted him...(He'll find out sooner or later that I knew... coz I cancelled the ticket)...I want revenge.. or should I let "KARMA" take care of it.... :( :(

I am a married wife with two kids. He is a married husband to 5 kids. He is 20yrs my senior. I have had an affair with this man for 2 years. He treat me like a true man should. I believed he wanted something more with me but he has left and called me once when his wife was on vacation. i.e. the guy you'd be with if you hadn't met your husband/fiance/current long time boyfriend etc. Why do you think this happens (reminiscing about the past relationship etc. etc.)?
