my sis has 1 child and shes has no work, her husband told her that he will only give financial support for the child excluding my sis

I agree with the husband. She is able bodied and can work. there is more than one side to a story. She should'nt expect to sit on her butt and get a free ride. Nice try, honey

Tell your sis to get a lawyer or she will be **** out of luck....If she has no job, she could possibly get alimony also......If she signs the ammiccable settlement papers without legal counsel she may end up in serious financial trouble with no way to do anything about it after the fact....
Laws in different states vary......Find out whats what about it before she signs anything.....Dont let the husband make all the decisions about what he will or wont do.....GOOD LUCK !

He has a responsibilty to provide for his child.........but he doesnt have to continue to provide for your sister...........she will have to get a job!
