first of all...can you please write more legibly? second of all you need to do what is right for you. who cares what other people think about your situation. you are in a bad situation and you got yourself out. good for you. file for divorce, speak to a lawyer, take the police report with you to take to your attorney, seek out some shelters and some battered womens help.

Do not go back to that loser. He is an abusive alcoholic and you have no business being with someone who wants to use you as a punching bag. That fact that he tells your family that he loves you is just something he does to hide the fact that he is a monster, and to convince himself that he doesn't have a problem. That's what alcoholics do. And the last thing your parents should concern themselves with is their so called status. What they should worry about is that that animal is beating their daughter up! Do what you have to to keep safe, and if your parents have a problem with that, just remember, that's their problem, not yours. Shame on them!

No, she LEFT him.. there is a difference. Anyway, my mom finally left my dad after 20 years of abuse and 9 months ago. She had to leave the state, and get a restraining order. She hasn't been back since. She hasn't even been back to see my newborn. But, that isn't because she's scared of him anymore. She just doesn't have to money. ANYWAY.. you need to stay gone... It'll work itself out

i really don't understand your question though... email me at drowning_fish88@yahoo.com if you want to talk

first and foremost you are only married within a year. there must be a valid reason for every thing that you do. you did things that trigger her to beat you and for sure he did something that makes you do to anger him. marriage is a life time adjustment, each day there will be a surprising thing that will come that you won't expect from one another. and for a year marriage, you are under a marital adjustment...... think 10o times.... to live with broken family is very tough... Good luck ...hope you can work and patch things up...God Bless!

You did the right thing. Your husband has a problem that he needs professional help for. His drinking is also causing his behavior. If you didn't leave sooner, you could've been severely hurt or even worse.

Move on file for divorce. You better not be lying either. My ex would claim I abused her but nothing of the sort happened. 2 sides to every story let him explain his as well. Either way you two dont belong together so move on.

If your husband is beating you, you have done a good job of leaving him. Move on to your new life. You are lucky to find out so soon.
