I got a wife thats a nasty ****. been separated since feb of this year and since she claims shes had a BF n all this stuff n moved on, she says she doesnt have the money to help pay for half of a divorce which I know she does, yet I dont have the money myself..........?

Sorry to hear about that. Just be honest...... If you literally can't pay for it then you could put up what you can........ Try to explain to her that you really cannot put up all the necessary money to do this and that she will have to help. Do not be hostile......that will only make further delays and a nastier court battle....... I'm sure you'll be fine. You sound like you have a strong heart. Hope everything works out.

if you are doing your divorce yourself see if you have a "We The People" in your area they actually do all the paper work for you and I think it will cost around $500. Good luck
