Marriage & Divorce - 17 October 2006

You're know this person for 5yrs get married. Of course you have bonded with family and friends. Everyone has accepted you into their lives. The relationship with your other half is unbreakable so you think. You and your spouse splits because he is cheating. My question is who should the family and friends side with? I'm not saying to disown the cheating party but should there be some kind of loyality to the other person this wasn't cheating? Not only did I lose a husband but I lost friends and a family that I'd grown to love.

I have talket to him abou it and he say they mean nothing. That is just for fun and that nothing happened between them. AA couple of years back i found out he was calling one of them, again he say theyre just friends. He say i have nothing to worry about but still bothers me and he knows it. What should I do. Shoul I go ahead and do the same? I really dont get a kick out of it but dont know what should I do. Please help.

I am in a relationship with a man who has been going thru a long divorce on top of that he has 2 kids 8 and 10..this is a first for me and I am having a hard time with his ex being in the picture so much. we both cant stand her, she wants the kids to hate both of us...I want him to say so many things to her when she starts running her mouth. he on the other hand keeps his mouth shut..he hates it when people are mad at him and he doesn't like confontation...he tries to make everything go as smooth as possible " A Peacemaker" Even when she says things about us that he knows is not true he wont tell her what really happened because he doesn't think she needs to know anything about our lives, he says he hates talking to her so he lets her vent then leaves. which is true, she doesn't need to know , but i dont want her to spread bad things about us to the kids. do you think he is right in the way he handles things and I should keep my opinion to myself...or should i try harder?

If we have sex 3 times a month it is alot. Its like i dont do anything to him even if i lie naked next to him it doesnt turn him on. He is also very lazy and doesnt want to do anything. What can i do to change this i know he loves me alot and also i love him very much but i cant carry on like this. My wife has told everyone including her schrink that she found cocaine in the house. i took two test and both were neg. Her therepist then reported it to CPS. this was over three weeks ago. Cps did talk to my 8 yr old son at school on tuesa week ago. Will they be contacting me or my wife? anyone delt with false allegations like this before?

my husband has hurt me so bad, this last insident has broken my heart deeply. He and my best friend have been secretly chatting with each other and I found out about this yesterday. I can not even do anything, im just in a state of sadness that i dont know how either one of them could do this. I’ve been married for just over two years but I've known Emma, my wife, for four years previously and I’ve come to the realisation that she is really irritating. However, she is absolutely devoted and would do anything for me, even though I have no further interest for her in the 'bedroom department'. It’s not because she’s fat and unattractive, in fact, she's only 22 and stunningly beautiful but we just don’t connect on an intellectual level as she’s a bit ‘blonde’.

I’ve now got a smart new girlfriend who’s suggested that I should put my wife on ‘the game’ and use the extra cash to rent a nice little love nest for the two of us. At first I felt uncomfortable with the idea but we’ve been looking around at rental flats for £1400/month and they are really nice.

I’m slowly warming to the idea and my girlfriend is putting the pressure on to get the plan in place so we can spend Christmas together.

Should I go ahead with it, what do you think?

My wife and I are separating and she is leaving to another state with my 2 kids against my wishes. Wee that is the whole reason for the separation. My question is... Tonight while in the car my husband decided to drive a different direction because he heard on the radio that their was an accident. I did not understand the way that he told me he was going to drive he repeated it to me like 3 times, but I still did not understand and was questioning him about not going another way. He decided to tell me to "SHUT UP" he said this to me many times. I have a form of Austim and sometimes I have a hard time with listening comprehension and understanding.
