My wife has told everyone including her schrink that she found cocaine in the house. i took two test and both were neg. Her therepist then reported it to CPS. this was over three weeks ago. Cps did talk to my 8 yr old son at school on tuesa week ago. Will they be contacting me or my wife? anyone delt with false allegations like this before?

If you took two neg tests and cps could not find anything in house and you have no priors showing that u have used yes cps has that right to talk to kids at school to find out from them what is going on no it is not right they r minors and have that right to have someone present however if all is well then they will have a file on you but will not do any further invesgating into the matter unless need be. The only reason is cps has to invesgate every call they get. So you cannot be mad at them be mad at the ex or soon to be ex. Good luck and God Bless

That doesn't sound good for you. CPS can often times take a little information and run with it. You and your wife need to contact CPS to see what they are planning on doing next and then both of you need to see a shrink. Otherwise, this is all going to go nowhere but down

I deal with this kind of thing daily. Just be honest and cooperate. It may feel intrusive, but you are doing what it takes for your child. If you are drugfree and have the test results to prove it, there should not be any problems. Contact your caseworker often at your local CPS Office and ask what is needed of you.
