if you left a guy for another one for no reason other than getting attention when the other is away, would you feel bad for the guy you left or would he be totally irrelevant and you'd want him out of your life? would you feel bad for what you did to him if the new guy treated you badly?

Even if the other guy was treating me nicely, I would still feel bad because I would feel as though I didn't try to work on the first relationship before giving up so easily.

Remember that we always think that the grass is greener next door. Then when we go next door we find out that it isn't any greener!
Well, life is the same way. We always believe that someone else will make us happier and be better then the one we are with; only to find yourself in the same or a worse relationship. We continue to look for the "one" who we believe will make life great! But in reality we need to be happy with the one we have and work hard on making it great! It is hard work and not too many people want to make time or take the effort to make it work, but if you do; it is worth it!
Apologize to the first guy and ask for forgiveness. You were wrong in your actions, if the person is not treating you wrong, you don't just dump them for another. That is immature behavior!
Do not give him hope if you do not really love him! If he takes you back know that you will have to gain his trust again. Do not be surprised or get angry if he questions you for a while, you lost his trust and have to gain it back.
YOU need to Grow- up before you deal with peoples hearts! Remember that what goes around-comes around.

A person who would do what you say was done will not feel bad about anyone else's feelings. If the new guy treated her badly she would only feel bad for herself. I did not answer this as if it was me because I would not do this. I would not wonder about how she feels because she sure is not worried about you.

I wouldnt leave my boyfriend for no reason I love him, Iam away in Paris for 3 months and I wouldnt even look at another guy or flirt or even consider it, the only attention I need is from him, and because we love each other its not an issue. If she left you simply because she wanted attention from another guy because you were away.then she doesnt care about you and i doubt very much if she is thinking about your feelings!! Sorry

should not compare actually.Evry person is different.But, if the 1st guy was good then shouldnt hve left him.If u did tht then of course u will regret.If he was bad and u left him then its ok n dun hve to regret anything.If the new one is bad now then too bad for u,just try to adjust urself/change urself or change him if u can.Of course cant go back to d 1st one, not too nice.Just pray n hope evrything will b gud n nice with the new one u r with now.

i would only leave my guy if i feel that the relationship is going nowhere and if i am in love with the other guy, not for attention, because if so, i would also find another one if the current one goes away and i would seek attention.

yea.. ppl can nvr run away frm attention so we kinda gotta take control over it and if the guy you're currently wit treats you badly, leave him. he's not worth it.. ur worth more than that girl :) dun let a guy treat you bad.. if guy number one still wants you back and you feel the same way, apologise.. suck up all that ego and say sorry... don't ever repeat that mistake ever again cos you nvr noe wat ur giving up.. if he doesnt feel the same way, then he's not worth it either.. he shud be grateful that you apologised and if he doesnt see that, he doesnt know wat he's missing out aite? good luck wit wateva happens :) you deserve better.. and we shud treat guys the same way.. wit respect if we want it in return.. hopefull all this between you guys will be forgiven and forgotten.. dont repeat ur mistakes and i'm sure everthing will be fine

sorry i wouldnt treat anyone male or female with that sort of disregard for there feelings in the first place so i wouldnt have to appologise ...... be careful what you do things have a tendancy to come back and bite you in the *** ....... and there is also the possibility that the other guy prob wasnt interested in you so now that he isnt there you feelin sorry for who, yourself who has no one now or the guy who is probably better of without you ...........

that just goes to show you that the grass isn't always greener on the other side. she probably feels stupid. but on the flip side you should have taken care of home first. only acceptable excuse is that you were over seas. don't take her back. she's no good and will do it again.

you should feel bad. it sounds like you dont like being alone you need to be the center of attention in someones life to be happy. before you date someone else you should learn how to be more independent.
