i need to know if they can put someone in jail for not paying the alimony portion of the court order. the person lives in another counrty, will they go get him??? can he be arrested for only paying child support and not the alimony? HELP PLEASE!!!!!

I always set aside fifteen minutes for the response when I ask the wife a question because she finds it impossible to answer yes or no.
eg. "Shall we eat out?" "I've got something unfreezing so- etc" for 15 mins. I've thought of giving her a postcard with YES on one side and NO on the other.

my Husband and i have been apart for a year and a half, i want to get a divorce. i do not have an address on him to send him papers, he does not want to be found. i was told i will have to put in the legal notices in my local paper an ad and run for 3 weeks, with all my info. if there another way.

I need a spicy look for my anniversary vacation getaway. I have'nt asked him what he thinks of the idea yet. I just plan on showing up with the manly thong in hand. My wife and I enjoy each other sexually, but she finds the vast majority of her pleasure from my hand masturbating her versus what we would like, my organ. Ever since I took my kids on their first airplane ride I have always thought that the airlines should reserve "family" seating where kids can abuse other parents and not some poor single guy who just wants a nap. I can' tell you how many times I've gotten on a plane with all three of my boys and seen such terror on the faces of other passengers as I walk down the isle. I know they are thinking..."please keep going". I feel for them I really do ( so I drug my kids before every flight now). Doesn't it make sense to group us all together? The kids would have other kids to play with and the parents aren't going to feel so bad about their kids abusing you because yours will be returning the favor. And...restaurants...this is a huge pet peeve of mine. I do not take my kids to any restaurant that does not hand them crayons at the door. I expect people who go without kids to these places to know they are entering at their own risk.

I have lived here for 1 1/2 years. She is having an affair and I caught her. We have been in counseling, and she has started another affair. She asked to date this person while we were having sex and I said no. One week later she asked me to move out. We have two children together (I think). I'm in between jobs(start new on Monday) and want custody of our children based on infidelity and marital cruelty (if there is such a thing). I'm a loving father, husband and friend to my wife and I don't deserve what I'm getting in return.

I accused my husband telephonically(he is in Pakistan,I am in the Netherlands)that he is in touch with some other woman.He got very angry and the line broke(card).Since this time when I am calling again he doesn't answer any of my phone calls.This is now going on for three weeks.He also doesn't e-mail me anymore.I don't know what to do,I am desperate.Our realtionship got so good before this but now??I feel really bad and cry a lot.

My ex wife left my 14 and 18 yr old boys for a month while she went overseas and she didnt notify me or anyone on my side of the family. I'm taking her to court for custody on this reason and others such as signing out my oldest son from high school in 1 month of his 11th grade year . She denied me visitations for 2 years. Kids wear old clothes from yard sales and i pay alimony and child support as she tells them i send her no money. Oldest son now 20 lives with me in New Jersey and I'm trying to get his life straightened out. Youngest son wants to live with me and new family. She stated he could live here on a trial basis when she did allow him to visit as long as i paid for everything, she wouldn't even take him to the airport, Had to get his grand parents to do that. I stated child support should come back to me for its for the welfare of our son and not her. She had lawyer send me a threat letterto have him return. She didnt pick him up 3 days after she had his sister pick him up.

We will be home, and we have a baby but he goes to bed around 8 but we cant be swinging from ceiling fans or anything but when we go to bed I want to do something new for him that will just blow him away. Please tell me if Im wrong for feeling this way. Im engaged to a man who is 17 yrs older then me. We have been engaged for over a yr now and still no date has been set. We live together as husband an wife but he rufuses to set a date. When I ask him about it he gets so angry. He tells me there are certain goals I have to reach before he will set a date. I have to be settled in my new job, our kids needs to straighten up, and we need to get a prenup. Im so disturbed over all these conditions he has set for me it makes me crazy. Ive never been in a situation like this before. I truly adore him and I love him dearly but why do I have so many hurdles to be his wife. This it not what he said the day he prposed of course. I sold my home and relocated to his hometown. I got a new job and have tried my best to have his daughter warm up to me. I am dealing with his friends saying Im just a gold digger and he should watch his back. This kills me inside and now I feel he is playing into it also!!

Im 45 year old man, i have been married for 20 years now, and i have a son of 16, the last 5 years i didnt see my family more than 5 days in a month due to my work.

I got married to young and before that i didnt experience a lot in life , that includes relationships, now im not happy with her.

The last 6 months i have been with someone else of my work, she is 25 and i feel that for the first time in my life i fall in love, i have been thinking get the divorce and be with this girl. . but i dont know if take the risk and leave my family, because all the time that i have share with my wife, despite that she has now have her own life for a while now.. plus sex with her doesnt excist anymore.

I dont know if this is a crisis of my age, i dont know if this girl will be ok with me when i look my age, what will happen with the difference then, she say that she dont care and isn ot a problem but i dotn know.

What do you think.. shall i have to take the risk??
