my Husband and i have been apart for a year and a half, i want to get a divorce. i do not have an address on him to send him papers, he does not want to be found. i was told i will have to put in the legal notices in my local paper an ad and run for 3 weeks, with all my info. if there another way.

You'll have to find him. It shouldn't be too hard to do. I have netdetective. I help reunite adoptees and their families so if you want email me his name and I will see if I can come up with anything.

No, there is no other way if you cannot locate him. When you get the instructions to publish the notice in the newspaper, it will come in the form of an ORDER signed by the judge. When a judge signs an order, directing you to do something, you must do it.

No, you have to do it. But nobody reads it anyway.
