When a man has an affair, it's usually just about some pretty peice of *** he couldn't resist. When a woman has an affair its deeper. Its not that she feels she settled, its usually that she's not getting something at home; like attention as a woman or affection as a life partner. What men and sometimes women seem to forget is that courtship doesn't end with marraige. Thats when you both should dig deep for the romantic in you and findways of surprising and pleasing your partner. Forever is not guaranteed. Its a constant maintainance and repair process if you want to keep it working well.

Having an affair has little to do with one's spouse. It is about ego and flattery. When we marry/commit everything is wonderful we pay attention to our mates treat each other great. Then life sets in and we forget all the nice little things that we used to do. Alas someone comes along pays attention and without being careful the beginning of disaster has began. I can assure you it really is based on one's ego nothing to do with your mate.
