I married my husband 4 years ago because we just had a son. Pretty much it was pressure from my family that made us get married. I stalled the wedding for 2 hours because I knew I did not love him, and really didnt want to get married to him. I couldnt tell him because my family talked me into going through the marriage, promissing it was just wedding jitters.

It has been 4 years now, things have gotten pretty bad. We argue all the time, he doesnt say he loves me ever. We never celebrate our aniversarys, and the holidays are hell getting him to go with me to my family get togeathers.

The reason I do not leave is I want to wait until my children are older, and they can understand. But its gotten to the point that i'm ready to move on with my life. I know that I do not love him ,and never did. We are not compatible at all, and frankly hes a asshole, and i'm fedup with all of it.

what should I do?

why do two people going togeather,they say i love you and when they get married they could tear each others head off?i figure if 2 people sit down and talk things out then stuff could be solved without blaming each other. what are your opinions about this.thank you.

So I am being dumb right now.. well we both are. we are drinking and when I drink I start getting upset about stupid ****.. so anyway.. i got on the computer in the middle of us arguing (drunk arguing) I was talking about not being able to have kids.. and he said "yeah thats right take the easy way out and sit your fat *** at the computer" but every other day he says i'm not fat.. (i usesd to have a eating disorder.. i was bulimia. Anyway, since he is drinking and usually stuff that you are thinking comes out should I believe that he really thinks I am fat?

I gave birth to both of our children here in the USA and now am applying for my permanent residency. The last time I entered the USA was in March 2006, and have been here ever since.

Has anyone had similar circumstances, and is it likely I'd be accepted (for perm. residency)?

it seems like every married couple and stuff meet each other in the same town they live in and stuff...........so that cant possibly be their soulmate there is a whole world out there, you could have real felings for anyone if you get along with people really good so everyone should have like alot of people they could be in love with and youll still most likely not find your true love.....................do you agree?

ok I posted a couple questions about an affair my wife had Most of the responses were from women who have forgiven
thier spouse about it. But the male responses were pretty much I'm a wussy for forgiving her and that I'm not a man myself. This seems to be a rare instance then that wives cheat and also that most men toss the (whore to the curb) thier words not mine. Seems to me that men in general then are well ****** in the head to toss away a great woman because she made a mistake She's the mother of my children My friend ,lover, companion. and most of all can stand to be with me 24 hours a day. her choice not mine. If this is the mind set of most men no wonder that the divorce rate is so high you guys are freakin pathetic. no Heart or soul . I see its ok for her to forgive you if you made that mistake but why you can't forgive her. Please explain why ?

I moved to Paulding County, GA from Fayette County, GA in June. I need to file my divorce and do not want to wait 6 months. I have been a resident of Georgia for years, so I met the Georgia residency requirements, but was told I also have to be a 6 month resident of whatever county I am filing in. Is this true? The divorce is to be uncontested and completely mutual. No lawyers needed.

My husband and I have been togteher 2 years. Im 23 and hes 24. I love him alot and treat him great but I feel hes been cheating for some time. I am very attractive...and always try to keep myself. I put a keylogger and found that he joined a site called friendfinder. He denied it and I printed his profile. ITS HIM. HE never paid for the site. So I tested him. I emaled him and sent a pic of a girl and asked if he wanted to meet up for sex. That is what the site is about. He replied saying he was interested and how pretty she was and gave her a different email to email him at. My heart dropped so they played email tag which is me.....and he gave his number. I one day took his phone and pretended to talk to someone and I said who are you ect....I made him feel it was a girl so he ran across the room and grabbed his phone...and yanked it out of my hand. He said its someone to buy the tires for the car. So he ended up breaking his phone in half. Next day hegave his firends number.

This is the deal Ive been married for 6 years. Like 2 years into the marriage my hubbys brother gets killed my hubby always drank but when his brother dies he hits the drinking hard core. Its been already three years since his brother died but he is drinking and now doing cocaine what should I do? Mind u that we have 3 kids 4 3 and 2 year old. Ok so my ex-husband (still legally married) cheated on me 2 years ago and that is when i kicked him out. I told him he could file the papers and pay for the divorce. So 2 years later he fianlly files them at the end of 2005 and we sign them in 2006 and then we find out they are void because they were made in 2005. So he goes and has them made again finally in June 2006, and is now in a hurry to have them signed. We have a 3 1/2 year old together and he says last month he wants her to be in his "friends" wedding as the flower girl which is this Saturday, i have no problem with it. He was supposed to pick her up and have her fitted for a dress 2 weeks ago he never called. He picks her up today and i ask about the wedding he says it was canceled.??? Myself and my family had a feeling he was getting married and thats why the rush for the divorce papers and now since their "friends" wedding was canceled makes me believe it more. The problem is I now refuse to sign them.They aren't correct.

How do I get my live in boyfriend of 2 years to propose marriage? I am 30 years old he is 32. I have never been married and he was once before to a terrible person. Neither of us have kids. We do everything together and talk about everything except this. I think it is time we move forward.

i have been married for almost a year, and so far we only argue about money. I came from well-off family but my husband isnt. I didnt care but after we got married, thats all we argue about, i mean sometimes i dont even go shopping for months to buy me clothes. my wife of 6 years of marriage and 4 small kids has got a wild hair up her butt and decided she wants a divorce.i am great to her and my kids and people are always telling her that.we got married young but this is just a temparary phase she s going thru.i hate to see her end this and regret this later.she is only thinking of her self ,and not thinking of me or our kids.my kids are constantly saying they dont want me to leave and crying.she has got the wrong idea of love.the felling of being "in love" comes and goes,but the deep love is still there.does any one have any advice on this?how maybe i could win her back or convince her to go to counciling with me?

When sitting on the couch my husband will massage my leg or feet. I love getting massages, but sometimes he will go way up my leg or if i'm just laying there he will undo my shirt and unzip my skirt, and massage my back or lower stomach but then after a few minutes he just stops rolls over and continues watching tv, i like getting massages because i often am sore and have lower back pain, and I want him to continue. But it almost feels like my husband is trying to just get a good feel for a few mintues but doesn't really want to help me with my pain.....what is going on here? I end up with my shirt untied, skirt unzipped for just a few mintues of touching......any thought?
