Today is my 2nd anniversary with my new husband and we have both been working so much that we haven't planned anything. We are on a tight budget and I would love advice on something to do for him this evening. We get along great and I want to try and pull something together that he would love. I have thousands of photographs from the time I was a child. When my husband and I moved in, I naturally brought them with me. They are in messy boxes and all of the years are mixed up. I was in three serious relationships before I got married, and there are some pictures from those times in my life in those boxes. My husband wants me to burn them/throw them out.

I don't know why he wants me to toss them. Does my ex-beau from college make him jealous? I don't think that I should have to destroy the pictures, after all, they're pictures of places I have traveled when I was young.

I said I would remove the pics from the house, and box them at my parents. He said it wasn't good enough.

He TOOK about a shoebox full and refuses to return them. This happened a year ago, and it's obviously a sensitive issue. The box has many pictures of my family, friends, and my dead grandmother. Yes, old boyfriends too, but who has time to separate them all?

HELP!

I have a beautiful, faithful 30-something year old wife. We are both white. Recently at a wedding, I was having a temporary knee problem so i agreed to allow my wife to dance with anyone she wished at the reception. I'm not the jeolous type.She danced with EVERYBODY. Later, she came to me and whispered, "You're gonna get lucky tonight, mister." She explained that a young handsome black guy had pressed against her while dancing and, let's just say she was impressed. He told her, "I'm so embarressed that I'm rock hard. Please don't walk away and allow everyone to see", so she kept dancing, obviously turned on. She was honest. So I wouldn't get upset, she stayed close to me the rest of the night. We had amazing sex that night. She admitted that her naughty "adventure" turned her on like crazy. Should I be mad at her for not just walking away from the horny guy? She tells me it was just a big tease and I should not be upset about a little "cheap thrill". What do you think?

I'm from the feminist mind that it's a woman's choice to change her name, while my husband is more old-school.

I think this is a way he tries to control me.

I use this hypenated name for professional purposes...everyone from college and grad school knows me by my maiden name...

He was mad at our wedding when the dj announced Mr. ___ and Mrs. ____ (last name) rather than Mr. and Mrs. ____ (last name)

I think he is using this issue as a pawn to piss me off...

A name is a huge part of our identities...
Why do women have to change. I understand the whole history behind this...BUT he's not a rich landowner who gave my parents a dowry!

My husband and I have known each other 3 years, been married nearly 1. I'm 28, he's 36. When I first met him, he was a pastry chef but has since taken on a dining room manager position, which is fine and more money. He is always telling me to come up and eat at the restaurant, but I don't want to. My mom and I went one time just before we got married, and I felt uncomfortable. I don't want to be around his co-workers or have to go through constant introductions while there. He's been there over a year and has invited me to the company Christmas party, New Years Eve party, and always suggests my mom and I should come - but I always tell him no thanks. I don't want to bother him while he is at work. My mom says he is so proud of me and wants everybody to know who his wife is - but I'm a shy person and I don't like to put myself in that kind of limelight. Is it OK that I don't go? I think it's nice on my part that I leave him alone while he is working.

I ahve been married 6 years and latley i havent been able to orgasam I dont know if its due to the problems i have been having with my husband.Latley he has been very controlling.and picking arguments.I really dont even want to have sex but i feel its my duty because he provides for me and the kids while i stay at home with the kids.Plus if i dont give it to him he gets very angry and trys to take it anyways..I dont know if there is a physical reason that i cant.I did have a baby 5 months ago and i am on birth controll pills.Or is this just a mental thing.Please help any suggestions are well appreciated

my new boyfriend needs more cash to pay his morgage,some loans..it's about the exact amount of my salary. i love and trust him but he is a new boyfriend of a month..should i risk it and give him the money?

The Kansas Supreme Court has ruled that a Marine cannot delay a residential custody hearing until after he returns from active duty. He is the current custodial parent, but the child has been residing with the paternal grandmother while he is on active duty. The child's mother filed her challenge at this time, knowing that he could not return to fight the order, and JAG services are only allowed to enforce child support orders, not to represent active duty personel when a case is brought against them. This includes trying to enforce the federal law that prevents civil actions against active duty personel.
