Marriage & Divorce - 17 July 2006

Iam shy,which my husband knows very well.I didnot have much exposureto outer world& i havent talked much with guys ,so i didnot know how to express my love towards my husband.but i loved him very much. imme after marriage he started loving my sister,who is more talkative.both of them loved each other.i was very jealous that he was very close with her.we r now 5 yrs married , husband thought of marrying her,but now she is married to some one else also told him that she didnot loved him at all.so now he is vexed & doesnt like me also for that.All these 5 yrs i loved him truly and lived only for him.i have a kid too who love him very much.but he says i dont possess any qualities as what my sister have so he hates me now and says he wants divorce and cannot live with me any more.i have changed a lot in 5 yrs ,iam no more shy ,i talk well with others.but i had felt sometimes during last 5yrs that he doesnt like me which i asked him,but never said he didnot like me earlier.how to make him me

We were divorced for 5yrs now. My ex and I are still in good terms, we have 3 beautiful boys. Ever since our divorced, he knew im seeing someone else. Did suggested on coming back together again but i refused. For your info, we re-married once b4, meaning got married then divorced then remarry again. 2 weeks ago, he broke the news dat he's marrying in Dec. I met the gal last week when they came to fetch the kids. No comments on her. Why do i have this weird,strange,uneasy feeling?? I've met several of his past galfren b4 this since our divorce but no1 disturbs me. Funny feeling........

This may sound stupid to some, but this has become a big issue. I am the youngest of 5 kids. My oldest sister is getting married again for the 6th time. She asked my wife & I if she could have the wedding and reception in our back yard. We said yes. Now my brothers and sisters are mad at us. They said we should have said no, because she should not be getting married again. I am not thrilled about her getting married again. But I figure it is her life. Now my family says that If I let her have her wedding here, they are not coming around anymore. They have disowned her and now they will disown me. Should I just tell my sister to fly to Vegas and get married. Or take my chances with the rest of my family?

I am overly trusting that is what gets me into trouble. I am so over that part of my life. You would think that I learn after 4 years with a professional liar. He was jail in federal prison for orginized crime, and now I have confirmed that my husband is just as bad. Worse even since he is screwing with my son's emotional health as well as mine. He is trolling online, not the first time in 6 years and is proporting to be in the process of a divorce and having only one child. When we were dating I made it very clear that I would Never consider anyone who could not love my son as their own flesh and blood. My sons biological father has never been a part of his life and my dad passed away so the need for a full time father and dad was maditory in any relationship I persued. I have recently found out that my husband has been telling people that he is single and has only one child, a daughter. This is the ultimate betrayal. HELP. I am in school and 3000 mi away from family.

I am planning to bring a foreign national to California as my fiance. I am told that California will not recognize the dissolution of my prior marraige because it was filed and signed in the Dominican Republic. I need to know if this is true or will my ex and I need to go through a California No-Fault to make it legal in this state.

a friend of mine is the father of a beautiful child. He also is unemployed, without a car and lives in the country, has old fines still to pay, has recently lost his apartment is living now with family that barely makes rent let alone food and such, and is getting so far in debt he owes thousands of dollars and the mother constantly hounds him about money and thier bad past. Is their anyway to get any relief from the debt increasing while he gets back on his feet? He can't pay the adequate amount right now and afford the luxuries of food and toliet paper. Is this a "legal" legal situation to be put in?

ok so i was taking a **** a while ago and sadly enough, there was no more toilet paper and didn't find out till after it was done. I had to use my mothers towel as subsitute for toilet paper. What would you do in that situation?

i get so depressed (we've been fighting for over 5 years) i want peace but he will never quit trying to control me and uses the kids as a weapon to hurt me. we're just going in for a simple explanation of an order... but i KNOW i will get all upset and cry as soon as i walk into the court house. i am serious i have no way of controling the overwhelming grief that overcomes me when i walk in the door. if i could control it i would. my husband and his attorney for YEARS have said i have a "clinically undiagnosed mental disorder". i hate to appear to look weak and insane with my tears... ANY SUGGESTIONS???

My husband stays oversea and all of the responsibility regarding kids and others at home. This morning, I don't feel good because he's angry at me and said that because he late send me money, make me always look for reason to argue. I dn't even had enough time to sleep with my other 3 kids, especially the youngest is 18 mths. I feel bad because he always never appreciated what I'm doing for the family plus I'm working too. He said I always look for thing to argue and never say thank you that he is supported me. I'm just very tired and need his help too, not just money but himself as a husband and a father. He'll be back just for visit 2 months once for only 1 week.
