The fact that he cheated on you once is a strong indicator that he'll do it again, especially if you forgive & forget too easily. How did you find out about his cheating? Did he confess out of guilt, or did you catch him in the act? The difference is that if he's feeling guilty, it could mean that he knows he needs to change, & wants to work on his marriage with you. But if he waited until you caught him he's probably not ready to settle down & will be looking for "strange" real soon after. So should you leave him? Probably not if it's a one time occurrance. You didn't give us a lot of info about the situation, so I wish you luck.

Hell yeah leave his sorry ***. If you have kids, child support is very helpful. I do think that he would do it again. If you caught him and he said he'd never do it again there is definitely something wrong there. He had to get caught to stop cheating on you..thats what it sounded like. If he confessed that he cheated...is the little hoe knocked up??? Things to think about! Sure you can try the counseling thing but boy oh boy is that boring. The only way that counseling will work is if you two are both completely devoted otherwise its a waste of money.

This is something that needs to talked out between the two of you. What does your heart and gut tell you? Do you think he has done this in the past? Did he have a history of cheating when you were dating?
See a marriage councelor before making a final decision.
I wish the best of luck to you.

Only leave him if you can't live with him. Past behavior is the best indicator of future behavior.
