Marriage & Divorce - 21 July 2006

my husband left me and the kids about 3 weeks ago.. Hes telling me to sell the house so he can buy one for himself. Were not moving anywhere I said... I was at the bank yesterday and drove my marylous the coffee shop where he goes constantly. There I found him sitting inside with a really young girl... Hes 40 he laughed at me so I gave him the finger.... I havent said one word about it and refuse to answer his calls.. He abandoned me and the children.. I have a house 2 little girls 2 dogs and so on. The bum never sees his children. Hes off acting like a little kid, doing what he wants. While these kids are pushed to the side by him. He refuses to pay any bills, or give me money for the children.. He told me that I was a useless looser! Nice... Im so angry, but do not want to stoop to his level. I think he hitting midlife crisis my self. Iam younger than him by a coulple of years. He's moving backwards instead of moving forward. I think hes a coward for doing this..............

The guy I luv now is the my first bf. We have lost contact for >10 yrs and when we met again, we fall in love again. His relationship with his wife is not gd. Same goes to me. We have been very very close. He will not divorce because of his kids but we love each other very much. I'm afraid to divorce because I dont want to be his mistress. If your spouse died and you feel like you're "soulmates"but than get remarried later on than that spouse dies but you loved them just as much whose plot would you get buried in? Would all three of you share one, or have all three side by side with you inbetween them or have half your body in one plot and the other half in the other one? I am married with kids. My husband cheated on me twice and was in prison twice in our 7 yrs of marriage. During his last imprisonment, I got to know a married guy (no kids), been with him for about a year. We sincerely care for each other and understand that we want the best for each other, won't hurt each other etc...in a way, we need each other. Now that my husband will be released soon, I initiated a break off. I feel since I expect no more nonsense from my husband, I should stop my inmoral way first. But I am hurting very badly, I am giving up someone who had been my pillar of support when I was most down. I hope it is right for me to give up our relationship, I am worry it will be for nothing if/when my husband cheat or commit another crime. For my kids, I carried on with my marriage and for them I am giving up the man whom I care a lot for. I never expect him to give up his wife, I just need someone whom I can share my ups and downs with. Should I give up for keep him?

I need advice...I am 24 yrs old...I have been with my fiance for 7 yrs...we have a two yr old daughter and have been engaged for 2 1/2 years. I love him to death and love the fact that my daughter has a father as I never did....however, lately I have been feeling like I don't want to be with him anymore. He is good to me except for 1 thing...he is obsessed with porn. Don't get me wrong, we always watch it together, but he takes it to the next level. He knows the girls names, he looks them up online, he is constantly looking at women on the computer. I have told him how it makes me feel when he does this but he doesn't care, he just finds better ways to hide it. If he is going to go behind my back and do this, I feel like I want to do some playing of my own, with someone else. Is this stupid of me? Am I being childish?

My husband has been watching porn online, even though I have asked him several times not to do it. Last Friday, he agreed to stop, but yesterday (Thursday) he resumed his disgusting behavior. I don’t know what to do. It’s as if he doesn’t care how I feel. I’ve been feeling very depressed today because of this. I even had to leave work early because I felt so sick to my stomach from the whole ordeal.
