I know I will lose my disability when I get married, but was curious if my son will still recieve his alotted amount from his dads death of this year? My getting married won't affect his check will it?

My x husband is keeping me away from my son because he is just a jerk. But when i do talk to him about my son he is saying that my son is misbehaving and telling him and his family that he is going to kill them and choke them. He is only 4 what am i suppose to do. they are to stupid to realize keeping him away from me is hurting him!!

ok i really need help. my mom is a mother of 2 (me and my little brother) and has been dating this guy for about 2 years. i got along with him for a while and now im not. just recently i got in a fight with him which he started, just verbally though. im starting to not like him any more cuz of this. its defiantly not the first time we were fighting over something to little. im glad my mom is happy with him but im not. ive told her that im not liking him any more and she didn't do anything about it. and its not like i can live with my father because i don't get along with him either.what should i do?

My husband has schizophrenia. He is incapable of being a husband in the real sense. He sleeps all day, won't leave the house. I support him and the children. We've been through so much with his paranoia and physical symptoms I just see him as a fourth child now. I've met someone who is in a similar situation. He and I talk a lot and see each other once a week. I don't want to leave my husband because I need to take care of him, but I also need someone in my life who makes me feel normal if only for an hour a week. I could leave my husband so I'm not guilty about the affair or I could just keep it from him and take care of him and keep life good for him. What would you do? He's asleep and not too aware of what's going around him most of the time.

I found another profile from my husband. Turns out he's been having on-line flings...AGAIN...last few times this happened, he met them in person. I thought this had all stopped until I found his "other" blog/profile today. The convos with these women are flirtatious with NO mention of a family, etc. The usual crap. And it has always led to his meeting these women in the past. What should I do? I already have NO trust, but we have 7 kids???!! I just know things will never be right between us and I just don't know how to handle this. Thought I'd vent here!

Please give serious answers...not looking for sarcasm. :) (get enough of that from my teenagers...lol)

I've had the children for 3 years and the parents refuse to pay child support. They are able to care for the children. They do love the kids but have found it easier for me to care for them. Are there any solutions to this?

how long do you try to work on problems in the marriage before giving up? My husband doesn't feel like there are any problems, and doesn't want to discuss any of the issues i think we need to work on. He won't go to counselling, or talk to our pastor, or even just talk to me. This has been going on for at least 2 yrs. We have 2 children (mine from previous relationship) who he does love like his own. I know he's not having an affair, but his total brush-off of my feelings is making me consider it!! How long do I try to work things out?
