My boyfriend and I have been together for a year and we talk about a long term future together and having a family. He is divorced and scared to get married again and has made this clear to me but then at other times when talking about ourselves in the future he calls me his wife... He says that he has to work..
I think it is destroying our marriage.
I only see him on Saturdays and spend all week alone.
I am pregnant and go to all my dr. appt. alone.
I asked him to either cut down his hours or find something different but he says no and "we need the money with the baby on the way".
I work too-- we are not that strapped for cash.
And yes I check his paystub.. he is working ALL those hours!
Everytime I ask him to change his job he gets mad and says I dont support him.
Can anyone help me out here..
I am at a loss of what to do anymore.
I am just tired of being pregnant and alone.

My wife met a couple from her college days, who do not like me at all. Whenever we would go to their house, they would purposely ignore me, and will sit and talk with her, keeping me out of the conversation. Since they helped her through a major crisis in college, she refuses to see that they really don't like me, and always made excuses for them until about two years ago, when they pulled the same sort of **** in my own home!! I was very close to kicking them out that day.

Since then, this couple has never called my wife on the phone, but would occasionally send her an email. I tell her they are scared of what I would say if I was in the room when they called, but she still refuses to believe that to be true. Last Friday, they sent her a gift in the mail, without a note enclosed. I tell her they know I am mad at them, and are trying to get her to emotionally come running, but she does not think they are being manipulative! What do I do???

im 22 ive been in a relationship for 5 years since im 17 and its been extreemly violent and painful. i got 2 scared for my life,ive made the right choice i could make and i left him.its been 13 days and i havent talk 2 him and i havent seen him.ive kept my job and now i have all my money for myself i need to take care of myself and re decide what i really want.its going to take time but im going to get over him he was a manipulating degrading violent but he was still kind and affectionate but i know it was the cycle of violence and that i had 2 get out of it and stay out of that relationshio(cuz we already broke up 4 times but always got me back tellin me he changed bla bla)now i really want 2 know how do i keep this going?how do i not get tempted by him or call him back to see him?in short phrase:how do i not look back and continue my life without him?i new it was hard to leave him but i didnt kno it would be that hard 2keep on without him.i dont want to look back i need help continue
