How long do it take to get my annulment done it was filed already at the court last June?

I wanted to know how long do it take to get my annulment done which filed already at the court last june. The respondent is willing to annul our marriage but he demand a child support. Pls. help me

annulment means the marriage never happened.

As such... how can anyone demand child support?

As for the time frame... that depends on the local jurisdiction.

The is no set time standard, It is ruled on a case by case basis.
