Marriage & Divorce - 24 July 2006

I am in love with a girl, she loves me too, we know each other from 5 years. Our parents are strick becoz we are from two different cultures but our cultures are almost same just caste is different. Now i want to ask, if we marry, will it work becoz i think, our families wont be too glad if we marry. do you think, i am doing wrong to go for marriage at age 24. Or i should go for my parents wish and leave her and lator i can fall in love again. Does with age, people forget their first beloved? I mean, Is this because of my age, i am in love ????

im getting married and my sons (8&10) want to change their last names legally to my fiances. their biological father only comes around a few times a year and doesnt pay child support but told us he will NOT let my fiance adopt them. however he did agree to let them change their last name to his. do we have to do a step parent adoption in order to change their last names?

for 6 mth since i split with my wife i have been feeling low.
now i have came to terms with it and we have an agreement of friends which has its good days and bad days.
why am i in this emotional cycle?
average pattern of 3 or 4 days feeling great life in order ect..
then 1 to 2 days of feeling really low, worrying about nothing and feel like crying and as if i have nothing to live for?
but wierd thing is i have everything to live for.
i just want it to stop i dont know why i cant just feel great or at least ok about things all of the time.

I told him it was over. He said no its not. I really want out and this was it for me. I need to know what I should do. ok i broke up with my wife 6mth ago, we were together 8 years have 1 daughter and 2 stepchildren whom i class as my own. we been through all the stages and now she just wants to be friends and stay single for a while which i understand. i have been feeling great the past mth or so and we been getting along really well the past week, we even have been out twice but i understand that it is just as friends. anyways i have great access to my children, new job moving into my own place next week basically everything to live for, been training buying new clothes, i still miss her as a partner and truly do still love her, but i have got it into my head that i cant have her. everything was going cool then this morning i woke up and bang i felt really empty, lost and now just feel like crying, but i dont know why nothing has changed i felt great just yesterday.
any answers? have i fell in love with her again and now i am going through it all over again? i dont get it.

We are happy together in marriage, as a Christmas present I brought home a another girl. We actually did not like it. There was not jealousy, it was not as much fun as we thought.
As joke I said next time we have a man; to my surprise he said OK. I am excited by the idea but also worried it might damage our relationship.

Sometimes I feel like I got married too fast. I got married when I was 21, I'm 22 now. He's the only guy I'd ever been with and I know he loves me so much. I don't think that I would ever find a guy that loves me as much as he does. But I do feel like I missed out on some fun. Then again, I feel like I shouldn't look around when I already found someone that loves me so much. Do you think I made the right decision?

I ask because a friend of mine did this. For 6 YEARS. I was always telling her to find someone free. The guy DID eventually leave his wife though.

I am not sure my friend is that happy now - he's a boring old scrote really and I think she may regret it. But that's karma biting her in the backside.

But I was surprised that he actually did it in the end. You always hear that they won't leave...... it's the thing all agony aunts say isn't it?

My husband and i are haveing some problems, last week he went out and done something every night, or he has his buddys over playing poker. Monday - went fishing, Tues went golfing, Wend. had buddys over, and then went to sain a water hole after 9:00p.m. Thurs. went golfing, Friday- had buddys over till 3:30 in the morning, and failed to go to work on Sat. morning. Sat he actually did not do anything, then sunday he went golfing again. Last night he told me that i was his problem that i would not let him go and do anything. When he goes out i usually tell him to be home at a cetain time, witch he never come home when i ask, he says that the reason that he dont is because he knows that i am gong to be mad anyway so why come home when i ask, Keep in mind that we have a 4 yr and a 23month old. What do i do????? I told him last night that we could just have 2 seperate lives just live in the same house, HELP ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am involved with a man who is about to be divorced in a week. My BF's son has been behaving much better..and so is my BF, lol. (He said he had a long, long talk with him and told him if he did not behave he would NOT come visit, no more discussion. He has finally done his job as a parent, and at first I was glad, but now I am like why didint he do this sooner?? Why did I have to go thru a year of hell with his son?? I really hope he dosen't think I am going to let the kid move in now because he behaved for 2 weekends. He told the boy(without asking me) that he could come stay here for a week to 10 days. I told him that I was on vacation this week and while the boy was behaving great, I would like a few days of peace and quiet. I could tell he wasnt happy about it, but the kid went home Monday night. Another thing..the boy has been HORRIBLE to his mother the past few weeks. He swore at her, she lost her cool and spanked him. My BF is driving now, has his truck and was right near their house when it happened so he went there and talked to them.
