I ask because a friend of mine did this. For 6 YEARS. I was always telling her to find someone free. The guy DID eventually leave his wife though.

I am not sure my friend is that happy now - he's a boring old scrote really and I think she may regret it. But that's karma biting her in the backside.

But I was surprised that he actually did it in the end. You always hear that they won't leave...... it's the thing all agony aunts say isn't it?

My Ex Husband had an affair, well a few to be honest, but in the end I left him, I kicked him out of the marital home, and he went to his fluesy, they are now Married, but he didn't want to go and didn't want a divorce, I guess he went to her on the rebound, I know they are not truly happy and the fact that there is a huge age gap isn't helping either, I on the other hand am re married and have been with my Husband for 15 years and have 2 beautiful children together, so it can work for the best for the other partner that has been hurt to end up the happiest, like me.

I did and I have regretted it ever since. I dated a married guy for 7 years.....I ended things when I met the man of my dreams (or so I thought) and then he cheated on me. Karma's a b*tch. He left his wife years after we ended things and then ended up back with her. Not because he loves her, but because it's more convenient....sad.

If the right girl comes along, he'll cheat on your friend too. But what comes around goes around.

Yes, I am the married man who is having an affair. I will never leave my wife.

Well, it all started 27 years ago when I was a student in Canada. She was a refugee in Canada. I was was unofficially a social helper helping refugees to settle down in Canada. We were deeply in love but I had to leave her after I graduated from University. I had to return to my home country in Asia as it was a promise I made to my mum.. I could not bring her home as she was a refugee and had not got her papers. After 2 years, I decided to call off the relationship as we were not getting anywhere. It was one of the most difficult decision I ever had to make in my life.

I am now hapilly married to my lovely wife, we have been married
since 1982. I love my wife too much to leave her. I feel very guilty to cheat on my wife. My gf was not so lucky in marriage. She was both physically and mentally abused by her husband for years. She really yearned to get in touch with me. She wrote me a letter after 20 years and somehow the letter got to me eventhough I no longer live here.

After a few years of keeping in touch, we finally met with my wife's blessing. My wife is so understanding. She said that as a fellow woman, she understands how she felt. One thing lead to another and finally we had sex for the first time.

Now we meet twice a year and each time we had sex. She kept to her promise that she will never ever break up my happy marriage. She just wanted me, 2 times a year. I am really lucky to have 2 of the most wonderful women in the world.

Although I feel guilty, I am happy as I am able to make them happy. I encourage her to get a boyfriend, she said after what she went through, she will never ever want to get into a relationship with anyone else except me.

Hi babe!
How blue-eyed can one be?
Most men will never leave their wife. Remember they will have to leave their home, maybe give the wife the nice, shiny car. If they have kids they'll never leave them.
But to tell their lover "how hard married life is " is usually enough to make these "second wives" believe every fairytale and stay on their back.
How stupid can you get?

If he cheated once and left his wife he will do it again, if not the relationship becomes boring as there is no danger anymore. And we all know the best thing is wondering will I get caught

I did and he did, and then I left him and I regretted it for 6 years afterwards. I'm over it now though, with my own failed marriage under my belt. He went back to her in then end and they're still together.

I won't bet on it. It does happen once in a blue moon but don't hold your breathe. I will never give a married man the pleasure.

It's probably the nicest thing he ever did for his first wife. Now if only your friend would be so lucky.
