What happens if he refuses or doesn't pay the full amount?

My fiancee has been separated for 5 years, we have been together for 16 months now and plan on getting married in November. My fiancee, her x-husband and I all work for the same company. A coworker friend of both my fiancee and her x-husband recently revealed to me that she had had an affair while she was married with a person that also works at the plant. I'm not sure if her affair ended their marriage 5 years ago, or their were other issues involved.
I truly love and care for her deeply, but now my emotions are having a field day about this issue, fear, stress and worry that she may do It again.
She's not yet aware that I know about her affair, should I sit down and tell her what I know about her, or should I just keep quiet and hope that I won't be another victom of adultry.
This issue never before crossed my mind about her, she's a very attractive woman with a great personality and I'm certain that someone is always flirting and making a pass at her.

Okay, so I'm one of many women I've read about on this site whose husband won't consistently wear his wedding ring for whatever reason. About a week and a half ago, I just decided that I would wear it on my right thumb. Now I know what to expect and won't be mad or surprised that he's not wearing it. I thought he might ask for it back but he hasn't. Surprisingly this has solved all my questions, frustrations and potential nagging concerning this dilemma. What do you think? Please share your thoughts. Oh yeah and don't knock it until you've tried it....

My X moved out of town, abandonded our child, stopped paying support in March. He is working, I gave Friend of the Court his home & work address & phone number. FOC contacted him by mail to pay but my X refuses to pay, claims the FOC owes him money. Don't have money for an Attorney. FOC has all his info, why won't they go after him like they should? How can my X get away with this? My next step is to call his employer myself & inform them of the court order. How much longer do I have to wait? The law is if you don't pay you go to jail, or a warrant is out for arrest or drivers licenses will be suspended. How do I get the courts to ack faster? We have an investigational hearing w/ FOC in August. How can a father do this to a child?

When a person cheats, is it a conscience decision on makes or is it an accident. I mean did you choose to cheat or did that person's lips "really" accidentally fall on to yours and you couldn't do anything to get out of it and had to sleep with that person?

Basically, when you cheat on someone is it something that you make a decision of or not?

A femaile acquaintance of mine has been having an affair with another man for about 10 or 11 years. 18 months ago, her husband found out and she promised to stop the affair, but it's still going on. She and her husband have kids, as does her boyfriend. I don't know whether to tip off her husband. He idolises her and she treats him like a doormat. Should I leave them to it or does he have the right to know?

I'm too Vastly read to let it get in my way, but Solomon did say that we should ask for advice. She knows I want to become a doctor and she thinks that all those years she spent hitting me and starving my child and I will make me likely to leave once I'm so educated. I pass every thing by huge margins so it's just a matter of time before I become a doctor and *she knows it*. Like anything that marks us on our ability, like maths, I do well with. I got 90% in maths, top of class by a whole 9%. In English I got my lowest score, but even then I was about average. Plus, in English, I was told that my 'grammar was perfect', and Doctor David Ross said my 'writing was good'; so my English is good too.

[Btw, it's her child too]

My boyfriend & I hadn't had the best relationship until recently (i.e he got angry easily, we'd had sex already, I was quite restrictive - didn't like him going away to conferences etc without me) and we've wanted to get married since day one. However, everytime we say we'll change and we never do...we just settle. On Monday, he really felt like God was speaking to him so we've decided that if we don't change within three months (i.e, helping each other spiritually, growing in faith and as a person, actually HELPING each other which we haven't been doing) we won't get married cos it'll be unfair. But we both desperately want to and we're both in the process of growing closer to God etc ... I don't know what I'm asking really...i'm kind of scared I guess...

My boyfriend broke w/ his gf about 2 months ago when we started together. They're living in for the past 6 years & parted ways. This ex-gf migrated to another country but still hopeful to have him back the moment she returns back here. Lately, this girl called him up & reminisced over their past & telling him if he had forgotten their past. My boyfriend really told me that they really had a bad relationship together & there was no love in their relationship. What tolerated him was her suicide attempts in case she loses him. The girl had many promises to change for him. Should I tolerate my boyfriend doing & telling me this. I'm starting to feel irritated & wants to release him.

what is meant true love, without seeing, but getting permission from parents we can take her away, having more affection on her, can do anything to her, and one important thing is honest(for both),
because we not animals, we are human being, so we should have only one life partner,(ie)(bcoz we should live human being, ie is true value of life)
but i had followed all those things but my lover rejects me, nowadays iam feeling so uneasy, not able to concenterate my career, i think my life comes to end, but she is telling, we will be good friends

I am leaving my verbal and emotionally (physical 3 times in the past) abusive husband soon and I am so fearful of the unknown. I am 33 years old, have a daughter 6 and a son 4. Been with him for 12 years so he is really the only serious long term relationship I've had. I just wonder what it is like after leaving. I will be going to live with my mom until I get on my feet. I am so unhappy here I find it hard to focus on anything that will improve my life.
I plan on going to college and getting a part time job and taking care of my wonderful, loving children. I just wonder how is dating with kids cause I know I'm not going to trust men around them for quite awhile if ever. I don't know how I can even love again even though I want to cause of all the pain with him. I just want to happy. I want to know how your divorces went and how is your life now, and some encouragement. Thank you and lots of love to you : )

We've been married for 7 yrs and have no kids. I'm 24 and he is 31 yrs. All we ever do is fight about everything. He acts like a child by blowing money on whatever he wants & not paying the bills, spending weekends at friends', and throwing fits when he doesn't get his way. As for me, I have been having bad health problems, so I can't work, go out like I would like to, or have sex very often. Also, I have no self-esteem/confidence so I try to keep him happy at the expense of everything else, but he barely thinks of anyone but himself. We love eachother, but everything else sucks. (I tend to think that love is not enough to save a marriage, especially when everything else is pretty much bad.) He says he'll change and do better by me, but never does.
When is it enough and time to say good-bye? I keep going back and forth from lets just call it quits once & for all, and the guilt of giving up on marriage.

do you think verbal abuse is just as bad as physical, why do you think most women let themselvees be treated like that?, why are they to scared to leave? What would you do if you have children and there is nowhere to go?

Could someone please enlighten me as to why is it that a women can ask a man a question pertaining to an ex relationship etc.... & expect a full detailed explination to avoid being accused of hiding something ? Which isn't a problem, But in reversed circumstances ( asking her the same question) her answer is , It just happened.
things don't just happen, or I don't want to talk about it.
What kind of perticipation is that towards accumilating an understanding?
