Good idea. The ring is only a symbol of your bond. If you trust him and don't fear that he's trying to hide the fact that he's married, there's no reason to get worked up about it.

Great idea I'll see if my husbands fits. Seriously half the time a ring means nothing to a woman on the prowl. And most men I know hate them also. My husband never wears his but for a totally different reason.

I'm married to one of those men that is allergic and breaks out from his wedding ring. Apparently he's ultra-sensitive to gold, silver or any metals. He doesn't even wear a watch for the same reason.
I put his in the lock box. Hey I don't wear mine either...I've replaced it with a beautiful garnet/diamond ring....Am I bad or what? LOL

My husband will go without his for a while too. It kind of bothers me but I trust him so whatever. I did have a problem with his ring just sitting on the bathroom counter for a while!! Ya know, next time he takes it off...it's mine!!! I've wanted a thumb ring for a while, this one will have meaning and will match my other rings. HA...he may not get it back! Thanks!

Many men don't like to wear rings, any kind of rings. I am one of them and haven't worn one for 20 years. Don't get upset with him on this....it's just not that big of a deal to him, nor should it be to you. the ring only announces to the world that he is married, but it is most important that HE remebers that he is married. If he does, then no problem and enjoy wearing his ring.

Sorry, I just think that whole situation is sad. Your husband should wear his ring. You should wear yours on the correct finger. If he hated rings so much, he should've told you he didn't want one in the first place. It all comes down to respect.

So you at least know he's not wearing it and can't be surprised or "slapped in the face" with that news as long as it's on your finger. You know where it's at, but it's not where it belongs. Hopefully you understand and trust his reason for that.

OK, so you are wearing both weddingrings. I'd think solving the problem would be for you not to wear any weddingrings. What would he think about that? You'd look as single and unattached as he does.
